I am SOOOOO excited for this book.
Now that I have that out of the way...

The title

Okay... that title...
It could have soooo many differant meanings.
1) there could actually be a fire
2) i think the 2 main characters represent fire and, as they kinda upset the gov't ... it could mean the gov't is going to catch them
3) the title could also refer to the tradition of there divition winning catching on... a legacy
4) another possibility is that it refers to the egniting relationship between the main characters...
5) it could refer to the next generation of competitors...

you're right, there are so many different things it could be. I think it is the second example you gave. that's what I thought before I read your other ideas. But I like possiblity 4...
