He let out a whooshing breath, wishing that the trick worked when shift to a wolf, and lay there trembling in shock. Slowly, he began to shift back, joints snapped back into their original position, muscle re-wrapping around his bones grossly. After several moments, Darren lay there on the floor as a naked human, shivering and steaming with the trauma. It was always worse as a new wolf.
Darren, eyes fluttering half closed, looked up at Skylar. His shivering was just slowing down to normal. "My uncle..." He began, voice hushed tiredly. "Chose... The right person... To marry..." His eyes were closing against his torn will. "Thank you... Uncle Sk...Sky..." Then he slumped, completely and deeply asleep.
Darren didn't respond, too deep asleep to hear him.
Josh was holding Yoshi under a blow dryer, watching his small wet coat slowly fluff up into one giant puff. God were wolf pups adoreable...

Josh stumbled back a bit, his brown eyes going wide at the kiss. "Wh - " He paused, then kissed him again. "What was th-that?"
Josh made low sound like a moan and gripped him tightly, pulling him even closer. "I want you..."
((Bedtime. ^.^))
((Bedtime. ^.^))
((Because I'm tired. I work all day around my house, I spent four hours just working on my school work... I run around so I'm tired at night. I actually stay up later than everyone else. So I go to bed when I'm tired. Seems reasonable to me. I don't see why you would want me to be tired all the time, have my eyes get sick, and put off my chores and school work...))
((My mother is my teacher. The time has been extended for my final project. Now, since I'm spending so much time on here, I'm this close to being banned. I've already had my phone taken away. Maybe your parents let you go on whenever, but mine don't. And they get angry at me if I'm on a lot. So.))
((I'm sorry, I'm not angry. I would just like to show you that I'm in a different situation. I'm not mad, promise. I can't really reply right now...))
((I want to do them too. It's my parents who don't want me on all the time. They're strict like that.))
Josh nodded a little, unable to resist a small shiver as it ran through his bones. "Can I show you h-here?" He asked, but was already tugging at Skylar's clothing.

Josh breathed a laugh. "He's a w-wolf, he won't care... We're s-sex driven, you should know that by n-now..."
Josh let himself be pulled in, and then, as usual, just stood there under the hot water with his arms wrapped tightly around Skylar's middle. "'M so tired..." be slurrered, closing his eyes as he rested his head against his shoulder.
((...........))
Josh nodded and cuddled into him adoreably. "Kay..." He said quietly, voice a little husky. "How's Darren doing?" He asked, kissing him back.

Josh pulled away a little and stared at him, blinking a little and sobering up as water began to trickle into his dark eyes. "He ch-changed back?" That was just further proof the palace had something to do with the cure. Then suddenly, a small smile tugged the corner of his mouth up. "Good. Now I have a second op...opinion." He kissed him quickly. "It was nice of you to put him in b-bed."
Josh sighed and finished drying his hair, tossing the towel onto a chair and running a hand through his wet brown hair. "Ugh. You ask s-so much of me..." Then he crawled in next to Skylar and wrapped his arm around him, dragging him closer.
Josh quirked an eyebrow and narrowed his eyes. "What's that supposed to m-mean?" He asked, amused.
"You think you're so funny." Josh yawned widely, finishing with a cute wolfish pitch. "But you're n-not..."
((Okay, thanks. :) ))
((Okay, thanks. :) ))
Josh smiled and reached over, pulling the puppy in around his chest. There it curled up into an irrisistable fluff ball and promptly fell asleep between the couple as if there were no problems in the world. Josh scooted a little closer to Skylar, then fell asleep almost immediately; his mouth slightly hanging open to emit a soft 'almost snore'.
((Sweet. One moment...))
Josh, surprisingly, woke up first. The puppy was flaked out on Skylar's chest, slowly moving up and down as he breathed. Horrified to find he had somehow managed to roll all the way across the bed, Josh shimmied closer under the blankets and up against Skylar as closer as possible.

"Hi." Josh nodded and gave him a small kiss on the forehead. "How'd you sl-leep?" He asked, adjusting to let his arm out so he could pet the puppy.
It took a moment for Josh to get it. When he did, however, he didn't really find it funny. "Don't... Sky..." He grunted, sitting up and running a hand through his shaggy hair.
"It's not f-funny." Josh fell onto him without a fight. He grumbled again and curled up into him, tangling his legs with Skylar's.
Josh craned his neck amd kissed the side of his neck. "Thanks hun." He murmured. "I l-love you..." He paused, thinking. Then he quietly asked, "Do you miss m-me?"
Josh made a sympathetic face and kissed the top of his nose. "Is that wh-why you got me a puppy?" He asked, a sly tone creeping into his voice as he sat up, straddling Skylar's waist.
Josh listened to him quietly, his brown eyes flickering between Skylar's. He knew he could read him well, like a book at times, but... "You can see th-that m-much?" He said, just a little surprised. He did feel that way so of course he knew, but hearing them spoken like that was different. It was... Hard to describe. Josh did miss the wolf, being able to just escape into another form (even though he felt trapped inside it at the same time) was something no one else had. He had scars, he had the pain, but he also had the wolf as a result. "You know wh-what?" Josh smiled, maybe a little sadly. "I don't c-care anymore. I would rather be here with y-you, day and night. Now that it's gone I can really l...live. I'll never regret loosing it. And now th-tha...that I have Joshy," he reached out and ruffled the dog's fur. "I really d-don't need the wolf. You always know just what I need Sky."
Josh smiled and sighed deeply, breathing in his scent. "God I love you too much..." Even if he wasn't a wolf, he could still love the way he smelled.
"Hey... Uncle Josh?" Darren slowly pushed the door open, reaching up to rub his eyes with the back of his hand. "Oh." He stopped, hand dropping to his side.

Darren seemed hesitant to walk in any further, but he did after a moment. "Uh, morning... I just... Came for company." He sat down on the end of their bed and then shimmied his way up to the center, where he sat cross legged.
Josh nodded and sat up a little. "How're you f-feeling?" Darren shrugged and then sent him an innocent smile. "I actually slept for the first time in five days." His uncle smiled back, maybe a little darkly. That was good for him, that he didn't have to experience going years with it.

Darren gave him a shy look and nodded, rubbing his hands together absentmindedly. "Yeah. I know. Why did that happen? I should... I should have stayed a wolf until morning..."
Josh inched closer and leaned against him a little, nodding in agreement. "Everytime I leave, I get a l-little sick... Like I'm ab...about to change but I don't. Skylar gets all strong too."
Darren just nodded and began playing with the puppy.

Darren didn't hear him. Insteas he laid onto his back and pulled the eager little wolf up onto his stomach; not unlike Josh had before. The puppy crawled up him and began nipping at his nose and chin, little tail wagging furiously.
Josh nodded, trying not to smile and failing. "Y-Yeah... Wolf on wolf." He said with a smirk.

Josh nodded a little, kissing him back just as hard. Sometimes he seemed to forget that Darren was in the room... "Except for you." He noted as he paused to breathe, then just kissed him again.
Darren tried not to look or hear. He was just too awkward. Scooping the puppy into his arms, he snuck out of the room soundlessly.

"What?" Josh turned and looked around. "Oh. D-Damn. No kidding." He kissed him again, but not for as long. "That's it. Darren's going to h-have to sleep in the d-dog house from now on."
He nodded and got up out of bed, starting out into the hallway to find his nephew. "Dar...ren?" Josh called, starting down the small staircase.
He found Darren on a window seat, his knees bent up so he was sitting sideways with his feet up against the wall, the puppy snoozing on his stomach. It was only until he got close that he saw his nephew was asleep. Josh decided to let him be, knowing that the kid was still missing his sleep; even if he got a full ten hours that night.
So he headed back up to the room, intending on getting dressed.

Josh glanced over at him with a slightly arched eyebrow and shrugged, exchanging his pj pants for jeans. "Sorry hun," he said, looping a belt through the top and fiddling with the buckle. "Y-You know how c-cold I get..."
"Aw," Josh smirked and kissed his cheek. "Yeah, me too. But im...imagine how l-lonely our nephew would be."
((Yeah, sorry. I've been super busy... I'm afraid of the city so it took me a long time to actually get out and cross the street... I got posters to draw too for a Girl Guide thing. :P))
Josh gave him a look and then pulled him into a tight hug. "Whatcha want to d-do today?"
((Now. ^.^))

Josh frowned and let go of him, taking a step back. "What?" He said, kind of shocked Skylar was angry about that. "I'm sorry Sky, it's j-just you know I g-get sick in the morning sometimes... It's wh-what's left of the wolf."
Josh stood there stiffly, holding his breath. He blinked at the bed, suddenly conscious of how cold his feet were. That... That was one of the most hurtful things Skylar had ever said to him... Especially when he knew it was Josh's health, not his personality, that caused him to skip breakfast. Now he felt guilty for being sick.
Darren slowly woke up in the windowsill, jumping when the puppy growled in his sleep. He glanced over as he saw Skylar storm away and his face fell a little. "What's wrong?"

Darren's eyes were almost fearfully wide. This sounded an awful like home... "You... You guys fought?" He said quietly, suddenly still as stone as he waited for a reply.
Darren stared after him for moment, then gently set the puppy off of him as he turned to go talk to Josh. "Uncle?" He pushed the door open and glanced inside. "You okay?"
Josh was leaning against the bed, hands laced behind his head as he stared at the ground silently. "Yeah I'm fine." He said quietly, but didn't look over. After a moment had passed he dropped his hands and stood up better. "I'm fine." He glanced at Darren and then moved past him and into the hallway, where he was going to go try and find Skylar.

Josh, twisting his hands nervously, stepped into the kitchen behind him with hesitance. "Sk-ky?" He asked, afraid he might freak out again.
Josh took a deep breath. "I hate fighting with you. Why are you so m-mad at me for not eating? I c-can't help it..."
