" I'm sorry ok... I just... wanted to try it was all."
((:O I didn't even see it until you said it! Totally))
Darren shrugged a little hopelessly. "One thing about being a werewolf," he said quietly. "Is that it's very difficult to do certain things. I can't talk to girls for the life of me, I can't stand drums, and anything in public is the worst. I'm sorry..."
Darren shrugged a little hopelessly. "One thing about being a werewolf," he said quietly. "Is that it's very difficult to do certain things. I can't talk to girls for the life of me, I can't stand drums, and anything in public is the worst. I'm sorry..."

Darren was lost on the ordering systems, so he left that to Will. What he didn't eat he could take home right?
Darren sat there sadly, just playing with his fork like werewolves do. They were close to the edge of the spell... He didn't know what to say. There wasn't much he could say to make things better. "Maybe this is a bad idea."
Darren just stopped completely and stared at him, his hazel eyes wider than thought possible and completely laced with hurt. "That's not what I meant." He said in a tiny voice. How could he even think that?

Darren swallowed, listening to him silently. "Really?" He breathed, his eyes searching him caringly. "God, Will... I'm so sorry... That's horrible babe." What else could he say? "I didn't know... Why didn't you tell me?"

Darren's heart began to ache. He moved further along the bench seat and wrapped Will up into a tight hug, bringing him over to rest on him. "It's okay," he said quietly. "I don't need to know. I love you Will," he squeezed him slightly. "Please know that... I'll help you."

Darren breathed a ghost of a laugh and shook his head. "It's okay babe. It's not that big of a deal. Maybe one day?"
Darren soothingly rubbed his back, helping him as much as he could. "So you excited?" He said, trying to change the subject.
"About the whole 'babysitting me all night while I'm a wolf' thing?" Maybe it would make him feel better... "Are you sure you're ready for it?"
Darren still hadn't told him about how painful it was. Will was probably expecting a magical slip of skins... Not the horror that it really was to transform. He gave him a small smile. "Okay. I'm trusting you Will..."
Darren was nervous, but he smiled anyway. "I know... I love you too. I just..." He closed his eyes for a moment. "I have nightmares about my real parents finding out. Shutting me in a cage and putting me in a freakshow where they cut me up to see what makes me change. It's tough..."
Darren gave him a sad, tired kind of smile and kissed the top of his head. "I'm okay. Still here."
((Batts are going, I'll comment here and the audition in the morning. :P ))

Darren held him for a while, loving every single bit of him. He really cared... Unlike most of the people in his life (besides Josh and Sky). But this was a different kind of care, somehow more personal than his dads'. "Hope you brought a frisbee..."
"You seriously didn't bring a Frisbee?" Darren seemed a little taken aback. Maybe because his dads seemed to have dozens on hand at every given moment. "Okay... We can pick one up... Or a ball or something."
Darren laughed a little and looked at him. "It's fine, Will. Totally fine. It's my fault I forgot to bring one." He smiled, trying to make him feel a little better. "If all else fails, sticks work just fine."
((I have a headache that's going to kill me soon if I don't eat something finally...))
Darren grinned and gave him a kiss. "Thanks."
Darren grinned and gave him a kiss. "Thanks."
Darren snickered a little at the nickname, both loving it and finding it embarrassing at the same time. "Just wait till the guys hear that..."
Darren smirked ever more. "Josh will. In a different way." Will didn't know Josh was a werewolf too, he didn't know Skylar was a vampire. He figured it wasn't his secret to give out.

Darren nodded with a smile and sat back in the booth. "They are, aren't they?" He let out a breath and rested his chin on the table. "I like them." Better than what he had before...
"Do you?" His eyes switched up to Will curiously. "Really?" It would mean a ton to him if Will liked his dads...
Darren blinked at him, then cracked a grin. "Cool. I think they'd like that."
The lady came back with their food and deposited it onto the center of the table before disappearing down the aisle again.

" Shit that looks good..." He said happily but not before giving his boyfriend the biggest piece of pork on his plate.
((Well he doesn't anyway, so cool. He believes in angels (his mum) but not ghosts. Durr.))
Darren smiled and gave him a long kiss on the cheek. "The wolf loves you already."
