Josh didn't wonder very much. He glanced outside as it began to rain and yawned a little wih that wolfish pitch both he and Darren had.

They were by now. Darren was just lying there silently, picking at the fibers in the quiet absently. He was thinking about tonight... Actually volentarily letting the wolf out...

All doubts he had about the idea, however, faded away as Will pulled him closer. Darren let out a small breath and smiled, curling up. "Hm?"

Darren kissed him back slowly, smiling happily. "Uh," he tilted his head to the side a little and considered it. "Not... Really. Makes me feel stupid, know? Being an animal..." Plus it hurt like hell. But he wasn't about to tell him that.

Darren was quiet for a moment and then he rolled over and turned his face away, feeling a little shamed about the whole thing. "I can but I won't, Will."

Darren bit his lip and looked over at him, face folded into a sad kind of look. He wrapped his arm around him and snuggled in lovingly, hopi g he woukd forgive him.

" Please... consider it." Will said after after a few moments of silence. " Being a wolf would be... amazing."

Darren let out a heavy sigh. "You don't understand..." He finally said. "It's not... pleasent. It's... It's horrible. Sure, the wolf part is okay I guess, but it ruins everything. I can't have a late dinner without eating it in a dog dish."

Will just shook his head, refusing to think life as a werewolf could be bad. " Night dare." And with that he was out like a light.

Darren frowned and settled down beside him. It was early afternoon, nowhere near night, but it didn't matter. He simply refused to tell Will about the pain of shifting, how the wolf affected every scent and taste like some weird disease; constantly reminding you of how not-human you really are. That was all he wanted though, to be human. He didn't want Will to die young either. He just wanted to watch him grow out of his body like a normal person; although he would probably be gone too soon to see it.

Will didn't move through out his nap, he hated that his boyfriend wouldn't let him share in his world.

He ended up not sleeping at all; instead just drifting in and out like a dream surfer. Sure, he was a little anxious... Wouldn't anyone be?
