Josh raised his eyebrows and looked at him with a small smirk developing on his face. "Both of us? Oh w-wow... I don't kn-know Sky, that limo driver's pretty h-hot." He grinned, then gave him a kiss. "But not g-good enough for both the w-wolf and I, no... So far only you've been able to d-do that."

Skylar's face formed into a deeper smirk as he cuddled into him hard. " God I love you more then anything." He said with so much passion in his voice.

Josh smiled and gave him a kiss. "Yeah?" He murmured, resting his face in Skylar's hair. "Wh-Why?"

Josh made a purr-like sound and his head bent the other direction, lolling to the side slowly. Oddly, the motion made it look as if Skylar were in reality, sucking his blood instead of just his skin. "Do I taste like d-dog?"

Josh breathed a laugh. "Only you w-would... Dog isn't n-necissarily on the top ten l-list of most popular smells and f-flavours."

Josh gave him a hug and nodded. "Kinda hard to forget something like th-that." He said quietly. "I... God I didn't think anyone c-could l-love me as a wolf. Or even love me as a h-human because of the wolf."

"Obviously." Josh grinned and then gave him a brief but strong kiss. "So... Wh-When does the show start my l-little mosquito?"

" At 8:00 it's 4, so we got a couple hours to play around."

Skylar fell asleep right after, he decided he wanted to sleep the rest of the time.

Josh watched him sleep for a while. He gently ran the tips of his fingers through Skylar's hair, wondering how someone so... Amazing, got to have such an awful existance. It was funny how as soon as one was in love, watching each other sleep wasn't quite so creepy anymore. But rather more romantic, more -

"Guys?" Darren's voice floated through the door. "Uhm... Is everything all right in there?"

Skylar's eyes fluttered open. " Yeah Dar, come on in." Skylar said with a yawn.

Darren opened the door a tad a peeked in. "Oh hey... I'm getting kind of lonely out here..."

" Well don't be Dar, come snuggle in with us." Skylar said pulling Josh close as he picked up the yipping cub on the bed so Darren could play with him. " Watch out, this one is a nibbler."

Darren narrowed his eyes at the little wolf and sighed. "I know. He got at my shoes the other day."

Josh smirked and came closer to Skylar. "Watch your f-fingers."

" Yoshi." Skylar said giving the pup a disapproving look.

The dog didn't pay him any attention. Instead he just kept nibbling at Darren's pant leg like it was a game of tug-a-war.

"Yoshi." Josh echoed Skylar's words and the puppy stopped instantly and cocked his head at the couple in confusion. He had heard the wolf in Josh's voice, but didn't understand the words.

Skylar couldn't help but hold him like a baby. " Aww, what are we gonna do with you?"

The puppy made a little yipping sound, his stump of a tail wiggling happily as he tried to get at Skylar's nose.

Josh leaned his head back against the headboard and sighed. "Oh Sky..."

Darren laid down on the bedsheet and frowned at the ceiling. "You need an Avatar dad."

" No my nose is not a nipping post, here is a spoon." he said handing the little pup a metal spoon. " An.. avatar?" Skylar didnt pretend he knew everything abut modern culture.

"Yeah, you know, an Avatar... But instead of a big blue alien, yours should be a wolf... So we can hang out more." Darren didn't look over. Instead his eyes were trained on the ceiling with determination, trying to keep any sadness out of his voice even though his eyes were suddenly watering. It was painful to think Skylar would be so seperate from the rest of them... Although he would never wish the curse on him ever.

The puppy grabbed the spoon with all four paws and rolled over, knawing on the metal greedily.

Skylar's mouth formed into a sad frown. " Yeah... don't worry Darren i'll do whatever I can to spend as much tie with you guys as I possibly can."

Josh was quick to cut in, although his eyes were downcast. "It's n-not like he's going to just l-leave at night... He'll still be here Darren."

Darren didn't say anything for a while. When he did, his voice was harder than usual. "So? It's like being around a baby. You can't talk to them, you can't communicate, all you do is pet them and give them food."

" Darren." Skylar said in a harder tone then usual. " I would do anything to become a werewolf but... I don't know what could happen, all my years could catch up to me and.. I could turn to dust."

He paused. "Our p-pain is n-no different than yours... It's awful in one way, and yours is in an-nother. We can't un-nderstand eachother in that w-way... I j-just don't w-want you to envy us. It's a disease and it h-hurts. Every n-night... Like, you know how weak you get w-without bl-lood?" He drew an example. "It's like th-that, but... Different." Josh frowned and put his face in his hands in frustration. Why was speaking so difficult?! He just didn't want Skylar to envy them... He hated to think that Skylar thought Darren and Josh had it better than him. He wanted, in a way, to make Skylar think negative towards being a wolf so he would be... Skylar just remained silent unsure of what to say. " Well.... I guess, I meant to suffer the rest of my life then.."

Josh made a slightly nonhuman noise and pulled him into a tight hug. "But I d-don't... I don't want to see you s-suffer..." He held onto him almost desperately. "Sky..."

" I'm already suffering." Was all Skylar said before kissing Darren on the head and leaving to get dressed.

Josh watched Skylar as he got up, his heart broken for him. "Sky..." He just wanted to fix him so bad. "I..."

Darren just laid there quietly and let his eyes flick between the two.
