Darren nodded. "I think so." He said with a grin. "But... But I won't change for... For..." He frowned, trying to remember. Josh was no help either as his mouth was currently occupied with a glass of water. "When?"

Josh set his glass down onto the table and yawned a little. "I was th-thinking," he began. "M-Maybe we'll want to stay the first n-night away from people... Just so we m-make s-sure Darren has some reins on the w-wolf? If we go st-traight from c-cure to hell again, we don't know what'll h-happen."

Darren finally let go of Skylar and gave him another one of his childish, goofy smiles. The redness was gone from his eyes by now... He looked normal now. "I do love you dad... I do, even if my other half doesn't."

((:D However, I don't want to get rid of all their supernatural stuff... It's what defines them you know? And I love playing the wolves... It'll be so much fun to have Darren and Josh furry at the same time. XD How 'bout just Skylar gets a medallion?
One, because I can't stand the idea of him dying all over again
Two, Robspierre and Skylar's parents don't really like Josh at all (hence Caleb's seduction)

Darren's heart hadn't been higher for forever long, and he didn't want to let go. He probably wouldn't have either if they hadn't been standing right infront of the oven and in Josh's way.

"Uh, Sk-ky?" Josh bit his lip and nodded to the oven, his sensitive nose picking up the small bits of smoke. "I think your c-cookies are b-burning..."

Josh's face cleared and he just nodded, scooting around them to carefully take the tray out. He never liked doing this... He always ended up burning himself.

Darren sighed heavily. "If only people knew..." He murmured.

Josh turned a vibrant shade of red and set the tray down onto the cool element without looking over, but was smiling nonetheless. He did glance at them, however, when Darren took a sharp intake of breath and pulled away from Skylar a bit. "I got it." He said, a small smirk on the corner of his mouth. "You're dad," Darren poked Skylar in the chest. "And you're father." He craned his neck back to look at Josh. But then he paused, reflecting on something that maybe needed a little more consideration. "As... As long as you're okay with that uncle..."
Josh shrugged. "Th-That's okay Darren. I called m-my f-father sir, so no h-harm done."

Darren cradled Yoshi like a baby and leaned over to look at the recipe. "I dunno... Oh," he tapped a title. "Can we have those muffins?"

Darren frowned a little and thought about that. Technically he was still his uncle, but... "Why? Why does that make me father's son?" Obviously he didn't know about Josh's choclate obsession.

Josh shrugged and nodded. "Yeah. I d-don't eat m-much, but when I do it's al...always chocolate."

Josh smiled a little as he felt the gentle weight on his shoulders. Just enough to remind him he was there. "F-Funny how we all h-have our own little q-quirks about us." He said quietly.

Darren scoffed and nodded. "My old parents didn't know I needed more food than them. They didn't believe me when I said I was hungry. It'll be nice to have an open pantry now." He smiled, a little sadly.

Josh nodded and shrugged. He was kind of uncomfortable talking about Darren's parents, considering his sister was so horrible it was embarrassing.

Darren smiled a little more and nodded, looking away as he left back to the living room. "I know. I'll forget them." But their impact on him would last.

Josh watched him go quietly. "I'm g-glad he's with us n-now," he said. "It'll be s-so m-much better for him."

A small moan escaped him and Josh let out his breath out as he wrapped his arms around Skylar. "Well I guess that m-makes t-two of u-us." He murmured, tightening his arms around his waist and pulling him closer.
