Josh gave a curious frown and sat up a little to look at the motioned area. "There?" He replied, raising an eyebrow. "C-Cool... Of what?" He ran a finger over the spot delicately, giving him a crooked smile.

Josh blinked for a minute, really surprised by his choice. "Really? Of m-me?" His smile brightened and he planted a kiss on Skylar's lips. "I think you're a hopeless r-romantic, Sky."
Josh grinned and then sat up further. "And you always have good t-taste." He said, meaning what he had chosen as a tattoo. "I think that's a cool idea... If you're sure you really w-want it. Tattoo removal h-hurts even worse, I think." Not that he had ever had a tattoo removed, but his brother-in-law had.
Josh opened his mouth to say something in reply, but then the door to the bedroom cracked open and Darren carefully stepped inside. He was pale and drawn as a sheet, kind of sickly looking. "Guys?"
"When..." The boy swallowed painfully. "When are my parent's going to be here? I..." He seemed about to throw up. "I don't feel good..."

Darren didn't seem to hear him. He closed his eyes, brow furrowed as he stood there shivering in his pajama pants.
Josh frowned and moved over a little so there was room inbetween him and Skylar for their kid. "L-Lay down Darren." When the boy still didn't move, Josh sighed and patted the spot. "Lay DOWN." He commanded, and moved over a little more as Darren obeyed; curling into the covers all shivering and pale.

Josh laid back down on the other side, using his fingers to gently rub Darren's back. He was pretty sure he knew what was bothering him...
Darren took a deep breath. "And I'll love you back... I'm not worried about that, I just..." That sickening pang hit him again. "I'm just so nervous about them getting here... What if they don't hand over adoption?"

Josh nodded in agreement. "B-Believe it or not, we can be really pers-suasive." Josh had his feral side, and Skylar had that intimidating undead aura about him if he wanted it.
Darren really did want believe them. But he had never seen their talents in action (heck, he had never even seen Josh as a wolf, and neither had he seen Skylar drink blood), yet he had seen his parent's viciousness firsthand. "Okay." He said quietly. "I just really don't want to leave... I don't think I can do it alone in America. My parents would figure it out and... and put me in a freakshow or something." That actually, was very possible considering his step father's carni career.

Darren relaxed finally, feeling safer with his new dad's arm around him. He trusted him more than one would usually after only knowing him for so long. "I trust you." He said quietly, nodding as he curled further into the blankets.

It seemed to take him a long time to register this. Josh laid there and looked at Skylar blankly until it sank in. "H-He is?" Eyes wide in shock, Josh boosted himself up onto his elbow carefully. "Wh... Why would he... I d-didn't think..." He was at a loss as to what to say, his gaze becoming a little distant as he thought. "I didn't think he would." Of course he didn't. Kevin Boone was one of the coldest fathers ever, having several instances where child and family services had almost been called on him to take Josh away. But for some reason, Josh wasn't upset he was coming to the wedding. Quite the opposite. He was an adult now, and there was no fear between him and his father anymore. A small smile slowly made it's way across his face as his gaze flicked back to meet Skylar's eyes.

Josh nodded and slowly sank back down to the sheets, staring up at the ceiling quietly. "It did." He said, voice barely above a mumur. "Maybe he's not m-mad at me anymore." Highly unlikely, but possible.

Actually... we talked on the phone... He regrets how he treated you... he told me that he was just angry and depressed that your mother died and wanted to do whatever he could to make it up to you."
((Yeah probably. I'm at the apartment so most likely all evening, unless we go out. Which is more or less completely implausable. Why?))
His chest caught painfully. Josh blinked back whatever he could at the words and turned his head to look over Darren's head at Skylar, his face furrowed with an inner turmoil long supressed and ignored. "He did?" He whispered, the willingness to believe in his voice.

((Why do you want me online today? O.o))
At this, Josh's face crumpled and he turned so it was hidden in the pillows. "He d-did..." Came the muffled sound, and he took a deep, kind of shakey breath to keep calm. Those words meant a lot to him... It was all he had ever wanted to hear. "I don't b-believe it." But he did.

" I know right babe.. I called all my friends up and there all coming tomorrow so... everything is gonna be alright... can you believe it.. were getting married in four days.."
((Lol I was just wondering. xD))
Josh nodded, waiting a moment before pulling his face from the pillow. "Yeah, I c-can't." He said with a new grin. "I'm r-really happy Sky... I hope you are t...too."

Josh smirked and nodded, sitting up so that he was cross-legged on the mattress. "I kn-know right? I don't know if I can w-wait four days..."

Josh smiled and took the puppy, which curled up in the nest his legs made as if it were home. "They'll just f-fly by," he stuttered, scratching the wolf behind the ear. "And then we'll have a k-kid, a dog, and r-rings." He wiggled his ring finger at him with a smile. "And my life will be complete."

Josh melted completely. "Aw Sky..." He murmured, kissing him back sweetly. "I c-couldn' thave done better, could I?"

( Don't forget Spidey :)
Josh wasn't the best at reading people, but Skylar had always been easy for him. "Well," he began. "I think it's a little e...early for a b-bar, but swimming sounds g-good." He grinned, amused by Skylar's energy. Truthfully, he was ready to do something too.

Josh stared a him, then climbed out after him. "What? Hun... We n-need clothes for the c-car..."
Josh snickered and came up behind him, looping his arms around his waist as he began getting dressed. "Love you babe..." He murmured lovingly, trying to make him feel better.
Josh, still smiling, kissed his cheek again. "Are you mad at me for s-suggesting you put clothes on in the c-car?"

Josh sighed a little and let go of him. "Well... You don't have to w-wear clothes... I was just th-thinking about everyone else that m-might see you... I don't want p-people to see my boyfriend n-naked. That's m-my job."
Josh pulled away momentarily to scoff. "That's f-fine for them to fantasize. As long as they g-got lots of r-room for the imagination."
Josh nodded. "Uh yeah. Just k-kinda. I mean, amI had a f-feeling you were, but I wasn't sure." He smirked.

"Are we gonna w-wait for the beach? Or do you th-think you can't w-w...wait?" Josh grinned and began to play with his bottom lip slowly.
