Josh jumped awake when he heard knocking on the ballroom door. He sat up and rubbed his eyes, not believeing he had actually fallen asleep... Again. "Y-Yeah?" He said, glad to hear he sounded at least half awake.
Darren frowned a little and let his hand drop. "You know that guy who was staying here? Caleb I think? He just took off... Said he'd be back in a week or so for the wedding..." There was a pause. "Everything okay in there?"

Josh burst out into laughter and fell onto his back. "Sk-k-k..." He couldn't finish.
Darren was quiet for a minute and then slowly nodded. "Uh, thanks for warning me..."
Darren was quiet for a minute and then slowly nodded. "Uh, thanks for warning me..."
Still hiccuping with laughter, Josh grabbed his own clothes and tugged them back on again. "You p-probably just cooked his f-face..." He said, grinning as he climbed to his feet so he was able to buckle up his jeans easier. He could just imagine Darren's neon blush at his words.
Josh shrugged, nodding in agreement. He knew Darren didn't have much of a problem with it anyway, so what the matter? "Sp-peaking of that..." He said, sticking his hands in his pockets now that he was done dressing. "I was th-thinking we should tell him over d-dinner... What do you th-think?"
He smirked and nodded, leaning against his shoulder for a moment lovingly. "Of c-course. Where're we g-going?"
Josh stopped and looked at him in sheer surprise. "In..." Then he grinned his wide, lopsided smile and kissed him back a little deeper. "Cool."
"I have my d-doubts, but I think I get it." He smirked and followed him, meeting up with Darren in the hallway.
Darren smirked and batted at his hand, pushing it away playfully. "I dunno. Do... Do you guys have a Frisbee or something?" It was a werewolf thing.
Darren snorted a laugh and nodded with a small blush. It was something that came with being half dog, he supposed... It was something that definitely took getting used to. "Point taken. Wanna play?"
Josh nodded almost immediately, his instinct, but then stopped and glanced at Skylar to see if he wanted to. "Yeah?"

Darren's face began to cook, but Josh was all too used to it to be embarrassed. "Sweet, I'll get the d-disk..." He literally ran off to go find a Frisbee.
Darren watched him go. "Wow..."
Darren watched him go. "Wow..."
Josh, Frisbee in hand, staggered back as he became bombarded with kisses. "Sk-ky," he began through a couple bits of laughter. "Wh... What is this?"
Josh smiled widely and, after the Frisbee was thrown, gave Skylar a strong kiss of his own before moving out to make a triangle. Never liking to wear shoes when he didn't have to, Josh put his shoes to the side so he was barefoot in the grass.
Darren caught it deftly with one hand and then tossed it back to Skylar, kicking his sandals off as well. It was another quality inherited with the curse.

A couple more rounds passed before Darren paused, flipping the disk between his hands thoughtfully. He glanced at his uncle, completely aware of how wolfish he was at the moment. He had always wanted to try this, but he had never had the opportunity... Plus he knew it would entertain Skylar. "Josh," he called, immediately getting his attention. Only a split second later he tossed it hard and high, making sure uncle ran backwards to catch it.
Less than a minute later, Josh was standing there with the Frisbee hanging out his mouth. After a moment he grinned and began to laugh huskily around the disk, realizing what he had just done.

Josh spit the thing out and turned his head to looked at Skylar, an euphoric grin across his face. "You h-have?" He said, raising an eyebrow. "Really?"
Darren fell to his knees laughing. It worked... God did Josh look like a dog there... He should patent that throw.

He didn't. Instead, he caught it with his hands and then tossed it back to Josh. His uncle got a rare, mischevious look on his face and he gave Darren a glance. "Your t-turn bronco." Then he let it fly.
Darren frowned, wondering if he could actuay do it. Josh had been a wolf for years, but Darren had only been one for about a week; maybe less, if you discounted his cured nights. However, he must have had just enough wild in him to do the same. He caught the Frisbee in his mouth, but fell down onto his back at the same time with less grace than his uncle had. "Didet." He spoke around the pastic and sat up.

Josh smiled and wrapped an arm around his waist to drag Skylar closer. "Yeah I think I kn-know." He kissed his cheek for a long moment to emphasize his point.
Darren was quiet as he took the disk out of his mouth. "Even as a dog?" He asked in a tone that made it seem as if he was nervous about Skylar's answer. No matter how welcoming Skylar seemed, it was an insecure nature that made him ask. He just needed to hear it; that his uncle's fiancé was okay with having a different wolf around... That he didn't think of him differently, as just an animal, when he changed at night.

((Do you want to switch names in the titles of our rps?))
Josh smirked and his gaze flickered between each of Skylar's eyes, trying to guess if he was serious or not. Sometimes it was hard to tell. "That w-wouldn't be fair," he said, amused as he planted a kiss on his boyfriend's lips. "D-Darren would have to b-bleach his brain... Poor k-kid."
Darren sat there, red up to his ears in embarrassment.

((?))
Josh looped his arms around his waist and gave Skylar a tight hug before letting go altogether. "I'm g-game for after dinner though..." He murmered, giving his finacée a teasingly slow kiss on the very side of his lips.

Josh grinned and opened his mouth to to reply when Darren finally got up and yawned loudly. "I guess we're done playing, then?" He said more than asked, a smug smirk on his face as he watched his uncles enjoy eachother.
((Well I'm just wondering if it matters to you... Idc))

Darren's eyes grew a little wider, but the smirk never left his face. He was more or less used to this by now. "Uhm," he turned to leave. "I'll... I'll go put the disk away..." Wandering off, Darren glanced over his shoulder a couple times until disappearing into the mansion.
Josh kissed Skylar back with a passion, and somehow managed to smile through all of it. He had never smiled so much in his entire life before... He fixated his arms around him, hands firmly grasping Skylar's t-shirt where he could feel the ridges his back made.

Josh was quiet for a moment, getting his head out of the lustful cloud that Skylar made when he kissed him like that. "Huh?" He blinked. "The c-cabins?" Then suddenly his face cleared as he understood. "Oh, those. Yeah, d-definately. That'd be p...perf-fect Sky." It would. How cool would that be, to go back and stand in the spot where they had first met years ago? When they had no clue how much their lives would effect eachother.

"Mhm." Josh nodded with a shy smile. So Skylar remembered - not that Josh had doubted him for even a moment. "Not t-too far away. Why?"

"R-R-R... R-Re..." His hands were making him lose his focus. "R-Really? I'm ex...excited." Grinning, Josh pulled him into another detailed kiss. "Wh-What is it?" He knew Skylar wouldn't tell him, but he had to ask.

Bottom?! Oh so there was a God after all. Josh grinned even wider and kissed him hard. "You're the b-best, you know that right hun?"
"Yeah I kn-know that." Josh leaned his forehead against Skylar's and smiled. "I love you too. Very, v-very m-much." His words sounded almost pained at the end, struggling to emphasize how much he really meant them.
Josh stopped and made a slow, disgruntled noise in his throat. "Well," he said finally. "I guess I can w-wait... For Darren's sake." Then, once again, he smirked and gave his boyfriend a quick peck on the lips. "You r-ready to go?" Josh was still pretty dressed up from the surprise he had given Skylar, and he was fairly certain his partner was ready as well; yet he was always that handsome so who knew?

After a moment of recovery, Josh followed him into the hallway. He caught up and linked their arms as usual, in the way he liked to walk.
Darren sat, bored, in the window seat again. He looked over as he heard their footsteps, and then jumped up to meet them with hopes of being entertained. "Hey?"

Josh smirked, but didn't comment as he watched them interact. This was always interesting.
Darren frowned slowly and stared up at Skylar. "Starshine?" Echoed, not sure how to take it.

Darren was pulled into the hug, but instead of ending it, he just hugged Skylar back just as tightly. It felt a little strange, different than anything else he had ever felt before... He didn't know what to call it.
Josh nearly melted. The obvious love Skylar had for his nephew was fantastic; he couldn't be happier about it. And the news they had for Darren at dinner... It would change everything. Provided, of course, Darren wanted to join their family. He was sure he would, considering his abusive parents.

Darren almost immediately stsrted hyperventilating. "That... That's not a little place..." His jaw dropped and his arms dropped to his sides.

Darren shook his head, suddenly smiling. "No, that sounds awesome. Mum and dad never took me out to dinner before... I went at a birthday party for my friend Kevin once, but that's it." He seemed super excited, rubbing his palms together happily. He didn't even realize how sad his words were.

Josh walked up behind Skylar and bumped against his shoulder as he brushed past to the limo. "How could I f-forget?" He smirekd and climbed inside.
Darren stood there for a moment pulling nervously at his jacket cuffs.
