There's this metal thing that's connected to my two back teeth (not the ones that are taking years to come in, the ones I've had for years) and it goes up by the top of my mouth (but not touching, that's why I had to get it adjusted- the skin could have grown over it :p) that's pushing my jaw out, and then I have another one connected to my bottom back teeth that goes foward and under my tongue to the other side.
