If you have refreshed the ratings on the books and that had not helped then there is nothing that Librarians can do.You either need do contact GR support or post in the GR Feedback group
So, for some reason my ratings (even though I have reset them) are not matching my author dashboard statistics. They are off by about 12 books read and several points. This has been an issue for a couple weeks and I keep thinking it will resolve itself, but it hasn't. The dashboard also tells me there are 5 more reviews than the main book page shows as well. Can someone please tell me how to fix this so that my main page shows the most current information on both ratings and reviews?
My book is titled All for Anna.
