Why isnt this published in the stores?

It says it was published may 3rd but I cant find it in any store or on good reads for that matter with the right cover or on amazon why is this.

I can't find it on Barnes and Nobles.com or Books a Million.......nothing....wonder why? I even tried Walmart.com and still nothing.

I was curious why I didn't even hear about this book until today, but I guess that's why. You have to buy it on Amazon, I guess.

Yes, it is on amazon, although i found it in Waterstones (a big bookstore chain), buti had no idea it existed until then. When i found it i couldn't decide whether to buy the bloody thing or burn it for existing x
