I *think* these are the same book?

As far as I can tell, these are the same book (The Running Man being the UK edition and This Voice in My Heart the US edition):

I've only read The Running Man, though, and I'm twitchy about combining editions when I'm not 100% sure they're the same thing. (The Internet has not proven terribly helpful.) Any thoughts? If they're the same book, I'd like to combine them (if somebody else doesn't get to it first...), and if not, then I really need to go find a copy of This Voice in My Heart.

I found a few places that say they are the same book, possibly with some minor edits/changes for the different markets.
