Neil | 55 comments I would write more, but perhaps from Tuscany and/or Aruba... :)

Jess Petosa | 13 comments I would probably expand my family, go on some vacations, and buy a lake house. ;) I'm content with out a ton of money, but some cushion would be nice.

Lance Charnes (lcharnes) | 327 comments Write the next book. Big doesn't last long, and I'd want to cash in on the momentum.

Christina George (christinageorge) | 16 comments So, a little behind the scenes stuff... I work in publishing in New York and have seen a number of authors hit it big, which is fantastic. I can tell you from experience that most of them are just really elated to keep writing (without a day job). It's also pretty cumulative. So, their first book does really well, then perhaps the second is bigger, etc. I love the posts on here from the authors who know they're going to make it big. Good for you! Keep that momentum. I'm an author now, too which is such an interesting experience.

E.R. Pierce (erpierce) | 12 comments I am one of the ones who would want to hide. I'm kind of shy and quiet in real life (Well, if I don't know you, or I'm in a large crowd) and forget public speaking... the thought of that almost makes me cry. I took a few PS classes and it was pure torture. If I had to go on TV? I think I might seriously throw up.

I'm a simple girl, so I wouldn't buy much. I'd get a new computer, and each of my kids could have an iPad mini

My luxury item - would be a 1970 Dodge Challenger 426 Hemi. - For me only.

Noah Hatch (nc_mathis) | 5 comments Live out in the mountains in a log cabin. I 'd live with my spouse, but mostly I 'd wish to be left alone and keep writing.

Mary Davie (marylouisedavie) | 15 comments It would allow me to do so much more! Right now I work contract positions in IT as my writing career is having more & more demands & I don't want to be torn between my work and my career. First, those contract positions would be a thing of the past...but if I REALLY made it? I'd build an observatory in my backyard.(I write hard Sci-Fi and absolutely love the night sky!)
