Where to find SFRs

Hi! I thought it would be fun for people to list where/how they find the SFRs they are reading for those who can't find them.

1. Goodreads
--This group, the individual posters book lists, author book lists, giveaways.

849 SFRs and most I never heard of.

2. Amazon
-- I click Kindle Books, then Romance (left side bar), then Futuristic/Science Fiction. Today there were 101 pgs, even though some were PNR or random books. There were lots I'd never heard of and I actively search for them.

**If you also click the button "sort by publication date" you'll see about a dozen more to be released this year and some next, some are not on The Galaxy Express blog's list.

3. The Galaxy Express blog
--Heather has new release lists, reviews, and a pg of cheap/free SFR ebooks.

4. Other SFR sites, there's a link thread here and on The Galaxy Express

5. Twitter.
--I follow the #FREEKINDLEBOOKS tag, #SFR tag, and the #sfrb tag (SFR Brigade) The sfrb tag is strictly SFR related (there's a blog hop coming up in June 2013, btw) and the freekindlebooks tag distinguishes by genre, though they lump SFR in with either SF or R.

Mostly here - this group and Goodreads, I'll look for what other readers have recommended.

I just added a link above to a list here on GR to a "popular" SFR thread, listing 849 SFRs and their ratings here. Many I've never heard of so they may be the hotter ones or m/m since I don't actively search those.

There are dozens (or more?) more that aren't on that list (yes, I scrolled through most of it. )

The first two I read - so of course it's a fantastic list :) I'll add this to my profile to check out ones when I'm starting to run out. I have tons of PNR and HR at home but not a lot of SFR. Those I get mostly from the library.

A pleasure! I'd love to hear from readers about what info they most want to see in the listings. For example: page length. Do you want the book blurb or are you happy to click through for that? ....

I think the format you had in today's entry was terrific. Covers, links, page numbers and blurbs for the longer books. It is quick to skim and then readers can focus on what they are most interested in. Love it!

Also worth mentioning is the awesome http://www.sfrstation.com/. They have everything very organized. It isn't a complete listing, but a great place to go if you want to look for something as specific as abduction or parallel universes.

For reviews, after here on Goodreads there is SFRQ. Every issue has tons of reviews. http://www.scifiromancequarterly.org/
