Hi, I am just releaseing two paperbacks already listed on the site as e-books (I Stopped Time and These Fragile Things) and which I wish to giveaway. When completing the giveaway forms I keep getting error messages saying the ISBN doesn't exist, and when I try to add the ISBN the error message says the ISNBs don't exist. Any suggestions?

Both kindle editions were added twice. You are Jane^^^^Davis and who added them(beside you) used just 1 space so they ended on another profile; i just moved them. It's possible for the pbk to also be in the system, try searching by the ISBN or post here the ISBN so we can check
Thanks so much for your help, Catalina. I'm afraid IT is not my strong point! The giveaway of These Fragile Things has now been approved (ISBN number 978 - 1484896440). I think the difficulty with I Stopped Time (ISBN 978 - 1480288874) is that, although approved, it is still not showing as published. I will check again in a couple of days and then apply for a giveaway. Also, while I'm on, the slide show suggested I could post extracts from my books from my author dashboard. I can't see a facility for this. Please can you advise. Thanks once again, Jane.
These Fragile Things (ISBN 9781484896440) it's not on your profile but on another Jane Davis profile, seen that is already in a giveaway(of what I understand from your lines) I'll let a super to move it. But I Stopped Time (ISBN 9781480288874) doesn't seams to be in the system so it must be added! If you feel like adding it yourself be careful to add the 4 spaces between your names, if not provide all the info here and we'll add it!
This is the problem with having such a common name. There are at least 3 authors called Jane Davis. Thanks once again for your advice.

It's safe to edit the author name on a book in a giveaway. I moved that over and combined it with the Kindle edition.

Hi Guys, The paperback for I Stopped Time is now listed on Amazon ISBN-13: 978-1480288874. I have managed to add the ISBN number to the book details, but can't change the Kindle version to paperback. Should I have an entry for each version? I have tried to fill in the free giveaway form for the paperback but there is an error message telling me I can't give away the Kindle version. I feel bad asking for help again so soon! Jane
Different editions, i reverted the change and will add now the pbk edition
