What abilities or powers ( magical, paranormal or other) would you most like to have?

So in the discussion about "If you could be any character who would it be?" Dawn brought up a good point. There are plenty of cool abilities and powers that I would love to have. I'd love to be able to fly or concoct a spell to teach someone a lesson. If you could pick an ability or power for just one day, what would it be and what would you do?

I would like to be able to transport like the vamps in BDB do. Just picture where you want to go & boom you're there.

I also just read a book where the vamp could put his thought in someone's mind & therefore make them do whatever he wanted. That would be cool. No more arguing with my kids about cleaning their rooms, etc.

Being able to heal people would also be a good one.

This may sound weird, but I've always wanted the power to let people see themselves how others see them or how they really come across. Like that guy at work? you know the one that thinks he's SO NICE and SUCH A GREAT GUY but really, he's kind of a jerk and EVERYONE KNOWS IT. The only problem is, I don't want to make people unhappy or sad about it.

I haven't read that. The book I was referring to was He could just say something & then the person repeated it like it was their idea & then did it. My mommy life would ROCK if I could do that. "You want to clean your room", "You can't wait to start your homework", "You are feeling tired & want to go to bed early" LOL

True that could upset a person, but it might help them curb their ways. Maybe?

I CAN do this weird thing, if i ever happen to dream and realize im dreaming, i can control it, so i fly pretty often, though i have no idea how realistic it may be to actually flying. Anything that has to do with the mind, such as telepathy would be cool, so would controlling elements/objects, as would shapeshifting/talking to animals,
i have no idea. Any power would be really cool!!!!!! Just if you were wondering if i got these ideas from Ghostwalkers, i didn't. i just started reading th first one today and have had this idea for awhile.
