tbh harry potter cant even be compared its amazing. like a lot of people have said it will become a classic and we'll probably still be reading it in 50 years time, unlike the other series.JK Rowling creates a whole new world in harry potter - shops, schools, over 200 characters, government, places etc and while all of it is impossible it seems so real while you're reading it. none of the characters are shallow and there are so many elements to the story and twists, like why snape hates harry, tom riddles past etc... also, there are funny and lighthearted bits as well as action scenes and deep parts in harry potter, which divergent and hunger games fail to include and yeahh idk theres so much more I could say!
the hunger games are very good but not as good as hp. like I said, there are no funny bits, its basically sad the whole way through and the ending was pretty bad, katniss lead the rebellion so that the capitol couldn't manipulate her and she wouldn't be pressurised into marrying peeta, and then she married him anyway. some of the characters are very shallow, even at the end of the series I don't feel like I know katniss very well.
divergents ok but a bit of a copy of the hunger games. I think the story is too fast paced and the thing of it being set in the future and having factions which are fairly similar to districts like in thg.
I haven't read twilight but from what ive heard its bella lying there waiting for her sparkly vampire boyfriend to come and help. sorry that was pretty long!

Harry Potter and The Hunger Games are about even for me in terms of quality but The Hunger Games isn't a story I would want to live in while Harry Potter is. Divergent (the book) is excellent but the series slowly goes downhill for me. Then there's Twilight which I like but I will admit its awful.

1. Harry Potter (the best books series ever, hands down, it is beautifully written with amazing characters and a great plot)
2. Divergent (it was well-written It had some good characters, though they all got killed, I think they may ha overdone the killing a bit, but it has a good plot)
3. Hunger Games (awesome idea, I liked the first two books but hated. Mockingjay, it was well-written but I didn't like most of the characters)
4. Twilight (Why are we even comparing it to the others??)

...what? I enjoyed Twilight for the melodramatic teenage love story it was, and Divergent seemed very knock-offy to me.

i think all of them are really great and it's really hard to choose cuz I love them all.
I have heard a lot of people saying that Twilight is not a good story. I do respect everyone's opinion but I really like twilight.

harry potter, closely followed by the hunger games, divergent in the middle (wasn't crazy about it) and even though I haven't read twilight, it sounds awful.

I love both Harry Potter and hunger games but Harry Potter is slightly above hunger games.
I do not like Twilight(sorry but the storyline is cringe)

2. Twilight (While the original series was cringe-y, Midnight Sun was honestly surprising and kicked it up a couple spots for me.)
3. Divergent (Not detailed enough and the series goes downhill but Tris is a badass.)

Twilight and then Hunger Games ... though depending on my mood those can flip flop. Followed by Harry Potter, only made it through a couple books and have not read any of Divergent yet.
