Lost reviews (I think)

Hello there,

Have been advised by Goodreads Customer Care rep to put my question on here.

I have two editions of the above book, a paperback and an ebook. I accidentally added two ebooks when I added the book to Goodreads, one of which has now been successfully removed after emailing Goodreads.

When I look at my book on Goodreads, this is the page I see, which has one review:

However, a book blogger who's about to review it sent me this link, which has 3 reviews:

Any ideas why I'm not seeing all my reviews?

Is the one with more reviews the ebook edition that was deleted by Goodreads?

we won't delete the book, but rather combine the 2 records - I fixed the second one so that it fits the GR naming convention (A.D. rather than AD) and combined the 2
