The editorial reviews you see for Gone Girl no doubt all come from the publisher.

Alternatively, if you cannot contact your publisher, Author Central team can manually change description for you. In this case please provide exact text of the new version of selected sections that are following above limits and book's ISBN 10 number to Author Central team by using link below:

Now the catch: the review doesn't flow through to your Kindle book's UK page. UK Author Central will refer you to UK KDP, which will refer you to (wait for it)...UK Author Central.
I know it's possible for a book's UK page to have editorial reviews (Gone Girl has them, for instance). I haven't been able to figure out how to do it. For the US pages, it's easily done in US Author Central, but there's no visible way to do it in UK Author Central. I don't know if this is because I'm in the US and the electrons get tired going across the Atlantic, or because the ogres guarding the product-page treasury keep all authors outside the walls.
