Calculus question

This book' reference is given by Foster in 'a short course in general relativity' which I am currently reading.never heard about this book.can anybody tell me about contents ,level and any special distinguishing features. And how can it be compared with more popular calculus texts such as Anton, apostol ( best in my opinion) by Adam.
