What if you made a character topic for people of wonderland and people of neverland and than the humans just so you can distinguish between who is from neverland and who is from wonderland

Hi I was wondering if we could make a rule on having an equal amount of girls as guys just cause I think It would be fun if we had an equal amount so we dont just have all girls

Can I make a human with traits of the cheshire cat, but it is NOT the Cheshire Cat.

Like what traits exactly and what would she/he be? A pirate, indian, or plain jane human?

For example she has skills like him, like disappearing. She is mysterious(, mischivous, sneaky...) and has a similar personality. And she would be a normal human, that came here long before the war, when she was just a little girl and the Cheshire Cat took her in and cared for her, something like that.
