Grayson sprinted into the room, and slammed his fist into the wall, feeling a large portion break off in his hand. Desperate, he sat down in a beanbag, not a single emotion on his face. When Gray was upset, he didn't cry. He simply shut off the world from himself and dealt with his inner turmoil by himself.
Grayson sighed as he heard Jane's voice. At least she was okay. "You can come in." He mumbled, his hands clasped together on his lap. The emotional walls were back around his hear, trying to remember his rules.
"It's not okay." Grayson stated, and nodded when Jane raised her head in surprise. He wasn't one to lie to people, and everyone knew it. "It's not okay that a guy would even dare to hit his own sister. It disgusts me. He disgusts me." Gray growled, and thought of the sickening bastard. The way he didn't even hesitate to hit Jane made him sick to the stomach.

"Well, when he threatened to kill me, he also hit you... if you remember..." He trailed off, and felt extremely uncomfortable as a small tear escaped her eye. Her brother needed help, but maybe she loved him too much to see that.

Grayson chuckled darkly. "I should be the one checking on you... are you okay?" He asked meaningfully, reaching out and holding her hand. It wasn't a romantic gesture, but merely friendly and warm.
"Well, being normal is overrated. And you can depend on us. You can depend on me." Grayson smiled at Jane and held her hand comfortingly, unsure of what else to do in this situation. Jane blushed, and Gray smiled at her reaction. Though he didn't know her very well, she seemed like a very special girl. Suddenly, Felix walked in and Grayson removed his hand from Jane's, not wanting him to throw a fit again.
Grayson jumped a little as the lights shattered, but didn't fall to the ground like Felix did. Standing, he went to find Jane in the darkness. "Are you okay?" He asked calmly, trying to find the door so he could find somewhere quiet where he could escape to.
Shrugging, Grayson followed Jane's stead. Though as she went into the halls, he went into the break room. He really needed some peace and quiet, so hopefully nobody would disturb him there.
