Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments Thanks for taking the time to read and review the book, Emma. I'm sorry the length was disappointing to you, but glad you seem to have enjoyed it other than that. Can you also post your review on Smashwords? Also, if possible, on sites such as Amazon and Barnes And Noble? Thanks!

Yes I will thank you Victoria, I am not a short story fan, so that's prob the reason. I feel bad, if I had known I would not have put my name forward, I would have let people who like short stories read it. Yes I thought the idea behond it was amazing. If you do ever write a full length novel I will be sure to buy it.

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments Thanks 爱心❤ For your interest in the book.

Emma: that's OK. I'm glad that was your only issue. I generally write chapter books and short stories, but will bear you in mind if I decide to write something longer. It is the first in a trilogy, so there is more to the story if you do decide you want more. I just published them as a trilogy of chapter books rather than as a long novel (partly because I've noticed that children these days will read better if it's in small doses).

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments Thanks for the review, and for taking the time to read the book in the first place.

If you haven't done so already, could you please also post your review on Smashwords? Also, if possible, on sites such as Amazon and Barnes & Noble, who allow you to review books without having purchased them from their site as long as you have a membership with them? Thanks!

Oh, and thank you for pointing out the typo. I will fix it and upload a new version with it corrected right away!

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments Hi incredibly awesome people who agreed to read my book!

First of all, an enormous THANK YOU to those who have already written reviews for this book!

I wanted to point out though that it's been a few months since the reviews for this book were meant to be done by and some people have yet to write them, and some of those who did do reviews have only done them on Goodreads. So, could those who haven't done reviews yet do them, please? And could those who only did reviews on Goodreads also do them on Smashwords, please? I'd really appreciate it!

Sorry to nag about it, but the point of this read and review thing is meant to be that reviews are written afterwards, isn't it? I mean, I know people have a lot going on, a lot of books they want to read and review, etc, but my book isn't all that long and - as I said - it has been a good few months now. So can you please write the reviews? Please, please, please... Don't make me have to get down on my knees and beg!

Monica | 18 comments Oh I hate I missed this one! Looks like a fantastic book.

Thank you Emma! :)

Monica | 18 comments Victoria, is there still a free copy available?

message 30: by Victoria (last edited Oct 31, 2013 06:22AM) (new)

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments Only 9 people signed up, so in my opinion there's a free copy still available... Or there was before I sent it to you. Enjoy! :)

Monica | 18 comments Such a sweet story! Here is my review. Thank you for sending it to me victoria!

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments No problem Monica. Thanks for taking the time to read and review it. I'm glad you enjoyed it so much! :)

I hope those left to read and review it enjoy it as much!

Monica | 18 comments I'm sure they will! It's a wonderful fairy tale.

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments Thank you. I'm glad you think so! :)

It's also the first in a trilogy, in case you didn't notice the mention of that and were interested.

Monica | 18 comments I saw that it was. Is Daisy the Pineapple Loving Dragon? I'd love to read those too.

message 37: by Victoria (last edited Nov 18, 2013 07:46AM) (new)

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments Yes, Daisy is the pineapple loving dragon. The second book - as suggested by the title - focusses on Daisy the pineapple loving dragon, then the focus shifts back to Paige for the third book. Both Daisy and Paige appear in all three books though.

I'm glad you're eager to read the other books. Most people who have read Witchlet haven't bothered to get the other two... Maybe I'll have to start giving away some copies of those for reviews too? LOL!

Monica | 18 comments They are precious! I really do wanna read them. To anyone who hasn't finished Witchlet, you need to! I can't gush enough about it. If I had them in print I'd give them to my oldest daughter for Christmas.

message 39: by Victoria (new)

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments Thanks Monica! :)

Monica | 18 comments Well I want to give credit where credit is due! These should be fairy tale classics!

message 41: by Victoria (new)

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments I hope they will be one day!

And I wish they were available in print for your daughter, but - unfortunately - my books are only available as ebooks at the moment. I have no objections to anyone who has my books as ebooks printing out copies to read that way rather than on a computer or kindle or whatever, but that's the closest to print books I'm in a position to offer at the moment.

message 42: by Victoria (new)

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments I hope your enthusiasm for the books encourages those who haven't done so to finish reading the book and do their reviews.

Monica | 18 comments I'm sure they will finish and enjoy it as much as I did! I may just print it out for her on some pretty paper. She's 7 and in 2nd grade but she reads at a 4th-5th grade level! Makes her mama proud lol. My 3 yo daughter is also learning to read already.

message 44: by Victoria (new)

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments Yeah, you could do that... Let me know what she thinks of it. I'd be proud of her reading ability if she was my daughter too... Well done to your daughter!

Also, well done to your 3 year old! I have several books aimed at younger children too if you want to check them out to see if any would appeal to her. "Frank The Friendly Ogre" is free on Smashwords, so you're welcome to grab and print out a copy for your 3 year old if you think it's something she'd enjoy. Or, if she'd be more likely to enjoy fairies, she might enjoy "Bluebell The Fairy Guide" more?

Monica | 18 comments Thank you for letting me know!! I will certainly check them out! I need to get some more printer ink but as soon as I do you can guarantee I'm gonna make them a little booklet!

message 46: by Victoria (new)

Victoria Zigler (toriz) | 4472 comments No problem, and awesome! I hope they enjoy them as much as you enjoyed "Witchlet" and as much as I enjoyed writing them.
