Quickie Buddy Reads - Pitch Your Title!

Have a book you want to read along with a few buddies? Feel free to post you title here and see if any others want to join in with you! This is the thread for "Quickie Buddy Reads," meaning you will probably be finished with the book within a few days. If you want to read it at a slower pace, be sure to post in the "Traditonal Buddy Reading" thread.

This is where I'll probably post most of my requests, except for maybe classics.

I don't have any requests at the moment, but after next week, I'll have a lot more time to read books.

I thought that it would be a good idea to have two different types. I've joined Buddy Reads in other groups that were supposedly going to last a month and half of us finished in two days while the others lagged behind. other people have probably experienced this, too, so I hope this helps. Simmaron inspired me to work it out this way, lol.

I'll probably have a list of about eight books to put here near the end of this week. I have no idea what they will be yet, though.

Carmen it'd be fun two more are joining us. Destroy me is the novella written from Warner's POV. If you can't get that then we'll start Unravel Me. That's not a prob!!

Cool. Confirm me when you get that. But mind you the two ppl who'll be joining us including me are quite a quick readers. We might finish it off till 31st. Today is 27. We'll start it tomorrow(most probably). One is novella it's short and the other one would take a day and a half to the most. :)

I've got a list of books that I have a goal of rereading here. I'm good with reading almost any of them during June, July, and August. (I don't have copies of The Pledge and The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer, so I have to wait until I can get them to read them.)

I half read the second mara dyer book. But I left it halfway. I didn't enjoy it more than the first one. There isn't any clue so far of what she is or what's happening to her. First one was much better!!

I can't believe you haven't read Brigid Kemmerer yet! You're gonna love them. Her third book, Spirit, came out today. We need to do a buddy read of that when you get to it. ;D

Oh, my . . . somewhere is actually planning on reading that series? I don't think I've seen that on here yet! (I feel like hardly anyone knows about it.) Great series!

I'm already really busy with reading other books, but someone should really read that with her!

OK :-). Scott westerfeld is one of my favorite authors, otherwise I don't think I would've found this book!

He's one of my favorites too. I think part of why he is is the midnighters trilogy. Then, the Leviathan series came along, and that just made me like his writing even more. I also liked the uglies series, but if I had only read those books by him, he probably wouldn't be a favorite.

I can't wait to start Clockwork Princess, but I have Beautiful Creatures, Daughter of Smoke and Bone, Looking For Alaska, and Graceling all lined up. I'll read in any order comfortable with buddies. I'm a fast reader, though. Keep that in mind. :)
