Please add covers & check authors' names & combine, thanx.

Paperback & ebooks have different covers with authors' names listed differently for paperback & ebook editions. Does the order of name make a difference in combining? Maybe should be alphabetical instead?

And then, all 3 above editions should be combined, please.

Usually in cases like this, go by the order of the stories inside, with an Editor first if there is one.

Combines done but can't load the cover images at the moment.
