Luna rolled her eyes and checked the edges of Dawn's mind. They were secure, but Luna could tell they would collapse soon. Dawn had a short attention span.
Rylie slept for a bit before waking up. She never needed much sleep. She sat up against the wall and looked around
Rylie got up and stretched, she looked outside of the cave to see if there would be anyway for them to gather food
Kevin sighed. He stood up and walked around. As he was walking her tripped and fell cutting his leg.Kevin winces and curses under his breath. He places his hand to his leg and heals it.
Rylie looks at Kevin, clumsy. It would only hurt you in the end
Kevin mutters "Stupid rock." he stands up the bug cut in his leg fading to a pink scar. In about 10 seconds it would be completly gone.
Rylie nodded approvingly. Kevin might be a klutz, but he did have a useful power. Maybe he wasnt so weak....
"So Rylie your 14? And your history is? Oh and Rylie just answer in my mind. I really dont care about all my secrets spilling out. We both have been through a lot" Kevin says.
Rylie raised an eyebrow. Why should she tell him anything. Either way, she didnt need to be told to talk to Kevin in his mind, she was going to do it anyway. All you need to know is I was taken at a young age, experimented on and lost my voice. she stated
Kevin whistled. "Wow. Well lets see. Before I was taken to the school at age 7. I went my Jessamy. Which was my real name. So yes I am a girl. I was in the school for 8 years. More then half of my life. I have telkiness and can heal. And I have a pet dog names Hercules. He is actually right here." Kevin says. He takes out a small bundle of fluff out of his jacket pocket.
Rylie nodded, she wondered if Jess knew that Rylie never asked for her story. But she listened anyway. She looked at the fluff in her jacket
Hercules trots over to Rylie. He licks her hand and climbs up onto her shoulders.
Rylie frowns and whips her hands on her jeans
Hercules sneezes and climbs up into Rylie's hair. He curled up into a ball and lays down.Kevin laughs "Looks like Hercules likes you Rylie!" he says.
Rylie frowns and scrunches up her nose. She would be grumbling, but she cant. She mouths words to herself
Hercules shifts a little.Kevin smiles. "Well I am getting some sleep. Goodnight." he says and he falls asleep.
Rylie nodded and tried to look up at Hercules, but the dog wouldnt budge
Hercules shifted a little too much and falls off Rylie's head.
Rylie looks at the dog. His own fault, she didnt do anything. She sighed and started to pet him slowly
Hercules whimpers. He lays down on the ground, and rugs hid fur agaisnt Rylie's hand.
Rylie rolls her eyes and sighs lightly
Hercules sneezes and wakes up. He looks around confused before climbing up onto Rylie's head again making a nest.
Luna's eyes fluttered open. She was free, as usual. Three hours of being back at the school was enough for her. She sat up lazily. What was Dawn up to?

What was this thing? A bird? Who knew that dogs made nests anyway? Rylie thought to herself
Rylie gave a hard look to Faye and said in her head, Yeah, I have been going for a new summer look. I think it complements my hair color she said sarcastically
I'm trying to set a new trend, instead of the fox scarf, Im thinking about a dog hat Rylie grumbled
Hercules frowns. "Excuse me?" he says. He pauses and says "I mean bow-wow."
Rylie snickered and tipped her head down
Hercules falls and he frowns. "Stop it!" he yells. 'And I mean bark" He says.
Rylie raised her eyebrow. You are going to try and tell me to do something? she said emotionlessly, only half joking
Hercules frowns. He shakes, his small body of fur shaking like crazy. A few seconds he is a cheeta. "And you where saying?" he growls.
Rylie smiles, no matter what you look like, your not intimidating she says calmly
Hercules pouts. "So it isn't werid that a dog is talking and shapeshifted to a cheeta?" Hercules asks.
Herc sighs and goes back to a dog and curls up into a tight ball.
Weird? Dog, this is the most normal thing that has ever happened to me, Rylie stated
Herc doesn't say anything just shivers in his little ball.
Rylie stood up and stretched. Anyone else hungry? she asked
Herc says "I don't care, as long as I get food". He sniffs around and then hops onto Luna's head.Kevin wakes up and looks around.
Kevin says " I think there is a town 12 miles to the north"
Rylie nods, lets fly around and see what we come across she suggests
Kevin nods and stands up. He looks at Herc who was on Luna's head. He laughes and relaxes.
Luna shrugged. "Whatever." she said. "Food is food, no matter where it comes from."
