problems after google play update

Super excited to have google play but I can't use most of the apps. When I try to open them it says to delete items from my library. I tried installing an sd card but that didn't work

Have you tried doing a factory reset or manually installing the most recent update?

Because I had some issues when my hd+ updated (I had to factory reset like 3 times) and now everything's perfect n.n
