Colin and Hassan CAST!

Hey guys. I just realized something. I think if they ever plan on making this a movie, the perfect Colin and Hassan would be Drake and Josh. What do you think?

Ha! I can absolutely see why you would pick that pairing. But I do think that Josh would be altogether too whiny. I had a DEEP love for the intellectualism of both Colin and Hassan and don't know that either Drake or Josh would fit that. (Sorry, I don't know actors names.) But would probably handle their quick back-and-forth humor perfectly.

Having said that, I really don't know who else I would cast..hmm.....

Yeah. I don't think Colin and Hassan's intellect would be justified by Drake and Josh, either. But I picked them solely for their physical appearance.

IT WOULD BE GREAT but at the same time they don't really fit any of the characteristics Green set up.. Taking away Hassan's Arab-ness and Colin's prodigy-ness would take almost everything away from the book (though I can see Drake Bell as Colin, anyone?)

Yeah, I think Josh Peck has slimmed down too much to play Hassan.
