I'm not ignoring you. My account almost always says I'm online because of my phone... I'm feeling really sick today so just cut me some slack.

Well, basically you make a character for you to roleplay. Human or mutant. Or even both if you want to. But before you create your character profile visit the 'Profile Claim' and 'Claimed Abilities/Power'. We try to avoid duplication as much as possible. So if your choice of power and celebrity (it's not really required to have a celebrity to be your character, your choice) has been taken already, you have to look for another one.
Yes, but it's important. Or you'll keep editing your character before it gets approved.
