Delete duplicate author

This duplicate profile happened somehow when I was disambiguating the author recently. There is another Sarah M. Hall with 3 spaces with the books attributed now.

you can just rename it and merge w/ one of the other sarah m. hall's

Say you have the correct author Author M. Brown and the incorrect author Author Brown.

If you go in to edit Author Brown and change the name of he profile to Author M. Brown it will prompt you with a screen where you can merge the profiles.
