Nommies (whoelse) | 1461 comments Usually, lunch break for them was filled with better times. Much, better times. There wasn't any tension or arguments or whatever. And if there was a dispute, it was over something dumb and neither of them actually got offended. This was the time of the day she looked forward to everyday and now, now she felt like she ruined their little piece of paradise away from school stressing. There was nothing but good times together.

Did he really like this girl? This girl with the pink hair who was obviously a bad influence on him? Then again, it wasn't like skipping class was the first time ever for him. She couldn't act like it was some new habit of his, but it just bothered her that he would go off and do it with some girl who probably suggested it. Then again, she was just assuming everything about the girl. Maybe she wasn't that bad right? If Trevor had interest in her...no, that still bothered her even more so and she just couldn't figure out why at all.

Shifting in her seat slightly at his blunt question she sort of shrugged. "I don't know, I just, I just don't," she mumbled out. Yeah, tell him that she was practically giving her death stares? That wasn't going to happen. Her legs crossed over and the furrow of his brows made her consider that he actually wanted to know because if she hated him, she knew Trev wouldn't let Megan around Lily or alternatively, he wouldn't keep seeing her. That was selfish of Lily.

So, inhaling deeply after the confirmation of the beach tradition, she sighed out and reluctantly gave him small nudge on his arm. "Trev, if you like her, I like her," she told him in the best way she could. In fact, she threw in a small reassuring smile. Though, beneath this smile, there was an overwhelming wale of regret for telling him it was okay. "I was being to quick to judge," she tried again for him before teasingly grabbing his pear and holding it out from him. "Okay?"

Nommies (whoelse) | 1461 comments (I know you're busy with school and shtufff but I found this and thought it would be super cute to include later on. Like maybe after all this Megan drama finishes, Lily could have finally confessed somewhere in that mess and this could be like a cute scene where Trevor is all like, "So, you like me?" pftffffttttt jfkdsjf okay, but it's just an idea c:

The Chicken [ ιnѕpιraтιon ғor dυммιeѕ ] (wayuphigh) | 718 comments it and had a serious talk with the guy when she wasn't nearby.

Feeling her nudge poke his side, he smiled slightly and quickly took the pear she had stolen back and bit into it, as if proving a point that it was his. “Okay, if you say so.” He mumbled, chewing slowly. Unknowingly, a certain pink haired girl was walking up to them and the second she plopped down beside Trevor dearest, the boy jumped, clearly startled and surprised of her presence. “Megan?” He questioned, a little incredulous.

“That would be me,” An effortless giggle slipped out, her plump lower lip being carefully nibbled on as a smile tipped her feminine features. Her eyes glanced over at Lily and her smile grew wider. “Lily! Hi!” Megan chirped, genuine happiness in her voice as her hair brushed back, the bouncing waves going along with her movements accordingly.

“I told you to go find friends, Megan.” The boy cut in, not exactly sure if he was happy or annoyed that she was here. The blue eyed girl took it as a tease and in return, tittered and leaned against him playfully before straightening again.

“Trevy, I told you no one else would like me.”

“Yeah, why'd you come here, then?”

“Well, I wanted to see you – and Lily.”

Blinking, Trevor heaved a small sigh and glanced at Lily, an apologetic look in his eyes, he truly hadn't been planning on having her here. Not that he minded, he was just afraid Lily would find some excuse to leave or something, he didn't like it when she did that, he always felt like an ass.

Nommies (whoelse) | 1461 comments The breeze and smell of the seashore couldn’t break through into Lily’s mind and as she stood up onto the slippery cliff, the only thing she could think about was that pink haired girl. Megan. Why did she think she could just slide herself into Lily and Trevor’s time together? The worst part was that Trevor didn’t even seem one bit annoyed by her. Of course, they were being buddy-buddy so she didn’t know why it surprised her. The real question was, why did Lily feel so bothered or even threatened by Megan?

There was no way she was that bothered. There was no way Megan was a threat to Lily and Trevor, but man, the way she addressed Trevor as ‘Trevy’ really grinded Lily’s gears. She didn’t even call him that and she was his best friend. And if she did, she would have only said it in mock just to mess with him. God, why was this girl getting to her? She never had a problem before with the girls Trevor had gone after before, but then again, none of them started approaching Lily. In fact, none of them had Trevor wrapped around their finger like Megan seemed to think she did. Well, Lily only hoped she didn’t. This was driving her insane.

Their Monday afternoon tradition was a time to have fun and let loose and maybe have a few shakes before diving off this small cliff. The whole tradition might have been a bit ridiculous with Lily’s fear of heights, but it was a sort of thrill they could get together.

A mist sprawled over her cheeks as she inhaled deeply. The negative thoughts about this Megan girl wouldn’t consume her, she decided. The small waves crashed onto shore and from the view they were at, it looked like pure white instead of foamy bubbles. The water wasn’t all the clear, but what could you expect? It wasn’t like they lived on some resort with almost extinct inhabitants in the waters. Nonetheless, the sight was beautiful because the sun was about ready to start to come down and lie over the sea.

“You know, maybe this wasn’t that great of an idea,” she started to protest as her fingers grasped the bottom of her sundress that covered her swimsuit. She’d gone for her one piece considering she was always more on the conservative side. Her glance shifted towards him while her eyes gave off a fearful emotion. She could feel her pulse beginning to race the more she stepped forward to gulp at the distance from the water to them. It wasn’t all that high compared to more professional cliff jumpers (roughly a good fifteen feet), but that didn’t make it any less terrifying.

Her face was turning paler as the color drained from her cheeks. Usually, this kind of thing happened. She’d feel so sick she was ready to throw up but then she’d get it over with and absolutely love every second of it. With a few backwards steps, she slipped softly which caused an even bigger stir in her fright so she jerked and grabbed Trevor’s hand. “Nope, I can’t do this. I refuse. This isn’t happening.”

(I'm sorry I took a while D: fjkdslfjlkds )
