Suuuuure.
Sophie walked through the hallways like she owned them. She wore a a short, low cut dress that couldn't be acceptable according to the dress code. screw it, she thought to herself when she saw a teacher shaking her head at her disaprovingly, its the first day of school. Sophie strutted over to her locker, giving dome winks to some cute jocks.

John walked into school trying to avoid people, because he didnt want to be bothered. He headed toward his locker and saw Sophie winking at the football players. He rolled his eyes and started opening his locker((He just knows her name lol. oh wann try and only do longish posts for this rp?))

Sophie only had a few seconds to organize her locker before a baseball player came over to her and wrapped his arms around her shoulders. They'd had a fling over the summer, but she'd broken up with him two weeks ago. She never stayed exclusive with one guy for a long time. There were way too many hot guys.
But there was a different reason she didn't eve let herself admit to herself.
"Hey," she said flatly to him.
"Hi babe!" he exclaimed, clearly wanting the attention of being seen with her.

John finished putting his things in his locker and grabbed his bookbag. He closed his locker and started to walk towards class. He passed right by Sophie who had some jock on her. He saw who it was and rolled his eyes "Dan, what the hell are you doing? You told me she broke up with you." he winked at sophie then kept walking to class. Dan blushed deeply realizing everyone had heard what john had said and started to walk off
Sophie looked over at John, studying him a little, as if debating whether she should pay him any mind. Yeah... he was cute. Not too low on the popularity scale.
Now, she hadn't always thought like this. She had trains herself to.
When he winked at her she smiled a little and raised an eyebrow as he walked away.
Dan had his eyes narrowed.
Sophie turned to him and said, "get lost Dan."

John smiled to himself as he walked into class and sat down. For the first time in quite awhile he thought about Sophie. She was pretty goodlooking but shed never go for a guy like him. He pushed it out of his mind and got his math book out.((same class? and im trying to make my posts long its just kinda hard :/))

((Okay thanks katie!))He saw sophie sit down and he happened to be on the other side of her friend. He glanced over at her and saw the sparkly pink notebook and rolled his eyes. He sat there and tried to pay attention but he kept getting distracted by the girls conversations. He finally decided to give in and just listen to what they were saying.

Sophie and her friend were talking about her fling with Dan. "Yeah, he's really bad at you know what though. It was horrible," she said even though she was exaggerating. That's what Sophie did; she exaggerated to get more attention. Sophie looked around as if she didn't want anyone lisening. She didn't see John staring at them, which was good for his sake. She leaned in and whispered something in her friends ear. The girl, Lily, giggled.
John tried to act like he wasnt listening but it was pretty obvious. He smiled to himself when he heard her say that Dan was bad in bed. He looked Sophie straight in the eyes but she seemed to see straight through him, it was weird and it made John feel like he was absoulutely nothing in her eyes. As if he didnt matter and never would. He frowned and looked away thinking to himself when Lily giggled. The teacher looked over and looked dissapointed but didnt say anything returning to the lesson

John sat there trying to figure something out in his mind and completely tuned out the rest of the class. He noticed Sophie looking around and figured she was trying to figure out which guy would be her new pet. He sighed and started flipping through the textbook
The teacher told them to get out a pencil to take notes in their notebook. "Notes, already?" she muttered to herself as she took out her green gel pen. Sophie started writing down the "expectations" this teacher had of them. One of them said they couldn't use pens. Right on beat, Mrs. Williams turned around and walked half way over to Sophie. "Sophie us a great example for this."
Sophie blushed but trued to hide her embarrassment and she just rolled her eyes.
Mrs. Williams seemed satisfied and walked back to the front of the classroom.

John grinned and pulled out another pencil handing it over to Sophie "Keep it," Then John turned his attention back to Mrs. Williams who was going on about inappropriate language and consuqences. He started looking around the room bored with this class. His mind went back to Sophie and he tried to push her out of his thoughts
Sophie only nodded slightly as she took the pencil from him, neither looking at him or saying anything. She finished the notes twenty minutes later with everyone else. Now there was twenty minutes left, still Sophie sighed as the teacher made them stand up and introduce themselves.
All kids already ready knew her name, And so did the teachers.
When it was her turn she stood up with a confident smile and her hands on her hips. "I'm Sophie, like duh," she said an giggled as she sat back down.

John sat there dreading aving to introduce himself, he always hated it. Why did teachers make you do that everybody here already knew who he was why introduce himself? As sophie stood up and said what she said he grinned and said "Really Sophie i didnt know your last name is 'like duh'." He glanced at her wondering if shed say something back
Sophie glanced over at him, a smile tugging at the corners of her lips. So this was how he was going to be; he as going to tease her. She could take occasional teasing, if course. A lot of guys teased her to get her attention. But they all knew when to stop.
"Shut up," she said before she laughed quietly for no more than two seconds.

Lily, her friend, looked at her and then at John, like this was a joke. She was being nice to him, for no reason....? It's not like he was known as a guy who made some "love" every week.

He looked at her slightly confused as to why she was talking with him then replied "No you keep it, in case any of your other classes have the same no pen rule." he started to walk of then looked back at her and smiled. He dropped one of his books but didnt notice it

"He's such a nerd, Sophie!" she said, hoping to make Sophie like her more. "He's reading to kill a mockingbird!'"Sophie nodded and smirked a little, even though she'd read it too. "Dork," she said even though she didn't mean it. "I'll give it to him later," she decided an took the book ad walked out.

"I have cuter guys to talk to than you," she said teasingly. For emphasize she looked back at where she sat and smiled at the hot boys. They were all hers. But the joke did sound a but mean because well... she kind of did.
He laughed and rolled his eyes. "Well then i guess youll be leaving to go talk with the so called cuter boys?" he smiled not really wanting her to go but he didnt want to tell her to stay and have her think he was lame. He reashed for his book again seeing if shed give it to him
