I'll add some background info, if that's alright:
Name: Ophelia Darling
Age: 27
Appearance: Ophelia has dark skin and big, golden eyes outlined with long, thick lashes. She is 5"7. Ophelia has shiny, gold hair which she wears in a type of knot on her head. The sides are shaven. Ophelia wears brightly coloured and often extravagant clothes that suit her shape and appearance.
Personality: Ophelia is very strict and serious when it comes to clothes. She is very talented and is never wrong when it comes to creating outfits. Ophelia is bubbly and talkative mainly and will talk happily to the tributes of District 1, giving them some encouragement and optimism before the Games begin.
Family: Ophelia's family is very wealthy. She has two brothers (Milo, 29 and Seth, 26). Milo is married to Maria and they have a one year old daughter, Annabelle. Ophelia's parents are called Jacob and Lorena.
