Great! I got the last copy at the store lol I thought I was going to have to drive half an hour to get it lol but it worked out
I think she'll betray the Patriots, and then in the third book Champion, it'll be June and Day on opposite sides of the war. I don't know if there will be a war in the third book, but that is what usually happens in the final book in a dystopian series.
Oh my god! I just read the part on page 82, where June had to make up a story to get past a guard to the engine rooms! SO FUNNY!
sorry. I haven't read much! I'm probably half done. I'm trying to get a loaned kindle boom read before it disappears! I should finish it in the morning. how are you?
Not as action-packed as Legend, there's just a lot of conspiracies going around, but I'm sure it'll pick up in the end! What are your feelings?
same. I couldn't put Legend down. it was packed start to finish. I'm sure it will pick up soon though. especially since she just got brought to Colorado
Guess I was further back than I had thought haha. So...I dont know...June seems based on her dinner, that she will turn...But I dont so much care for the Tess-Day interactions...I am curious to see if maybe Tess actually turns on them.
I REALLY enjoyed Tess in the first book! But now her intentions to protect Day are just becoming selfish and just plain jealousy! I hate it when that happens! Did you read the lie-detecter part yet?
bah! I had to end where she started seeing images! I will have to read during lunch!!! I am ready to finish this book and have to wait for book 3...LOL. While I am waiting...I have other series that need worked on haha. I feel like, in Legend, you could see how things were going to play out. You knew June would free him, you knew that he wouldnt get killed...but this book..there is so much going on, that i feel like, it looks like June will betray, but then it looks like Day will betray...but what about Tess? What about Razor? What if Anden WANTS a rebellion?Do you see what I mean? There is too much gray area and unknowns that I am not sure how I feel about it.
Honestly, I would rather either 1) know what is going to happen or 2) think i know what is going to happen and then suddenly at the very end change it! lol...I dont like having this many possibilities....
Well now there is a wrench...I just finished up June's section, with her giving the stop signal to Day...do you think Anden is being honest or do you think it is a ploy?
I think he's telling the truth. It's all about politics with Anden and he wants that power, but if the people rebel then he will probably have a nation on the brink of pure chaos.
I'm almost done :) sorry. I normally read so quick. is Been one of those weeks. but all I can say is omg! !! they just had their fight. I just don't know what to think about where the story is heading
I don't wanna give anything away so I'll keep quiet for now, but when you're done we can discuss all the feels!
Honestly Ethan I don't even know where to begin. Like it was hard for me to get through it all the way up until the end and then I feel like everytime I turn the page I had this OMG feeling lol. What the doctor told day makes me sad and I'm wondering if book 3 you know uses that as a premise because as the book stands right now I don't really know what will happen in book 3. I think that entire story surrounding the Elector and rebellion would be boring
Same. I really just hope it doesn't pull a Suzanne Collins and make the third book in a trilogy really bad like Mockingjay. (sorry if you liked Mockingjay!) But in all seriousness, I was more upset about Kaede than Day, especially after that awesome escape/flight scene! I wish Marie Lu could've written one more chapter! SUCH A CLIFFHANGER!! ONCE AGAIN I SAY, ALL OF THE FEELS!!! Sorry I know this paragraph is really jumbled but I had to get my feelings out there! Lol!

I am very excited to start on the next installment!
