Can't remember the name of a book! /s

I read it in the 90's. It was a paperback and it was red. It was a story told by a little girl. She had a sister she was close to. It took place in the 50's or 60's. I think they were from Texas or some Southern State. They had a mom and a dad who seemed a little wild. She talked about being in their car and traveling to another city or state. The mom and dad fought. The mom was beautiful, she may have cheated on the dad. If I remember more I will add it later.

It's called the Liar's Club!! I did a seach on books from the 90's here on Good Reads, then one book had the word "liar" in it, and then I remembered and found it!!!
