Pre-Publication Add for Goodreads Giveaway

The publication date for my forthcoming book is mid-June. Am I able to submit it to be uploaded prior to publication so that I can open a Goodreads Giveaway? I want to launch the giveaway over a few weeks with end date a few days after publication. If so, do I submit an add request here? Should I make a notation of the publication date?

If you can post the following info one of us can add it for you. We add lots of books prior to the publication date.

Please provide:
* Title
* Author(s) name(s)
* ISBN (or ASIN)
* Publisher
* Publication date
* Format
* Description
* Link to cover on a NON-BOOKSELLER site, such as a publisher site, an author site, etc. No Amazon, B&N, or other bookseller links can be used as sources for covers or other book data.
