SOLVED. MM paranormal romance [s]

I have read this in the last 2 years, it is a male male paranormal romance novel that is part of a series. I apologize in advance for the randomness of what I remember, also for the spoilers that I will use. The man that the boy is mated to has three forms. Man, animal, and Beast. Beast is not its actual name but it works. He is mostly animal but he can walk upright and things like that but he gets larger, all over. Either the man or the boy goes into heat, I can't remember which one it is that does go into heat though.

It starts out with a boy getting thrown in with his companions, he is a blood/sex slave for a group of vampires along with the others. He has a collar on that is important. He goes with his "master" to a dude in a bar because his master wants to used drugs to make his blood richer or something. The boy ends up getting the drug in the system but not before the cops show up. He ends up getting away and a group of shapeshifters find him and rescue him from the streets. The shapeshifters turn out to be a paranormal "military" group for their people. Most of them are different types of cats. Their leader is royalty. The boy ends up mating to one of them.

Well the first paragraph sounds like Blood Red but the second part definitely isn't, no vampires in that one. Any chance you are thinking of two books?

And lots of book searches get solved after years of being posted, it just takes getting the right eyes to see your thread. So maybe don't give up? Your book can still get found. Bumping periodically really really helps with that, most of us aren't as industrious as Lobstergirl who goes waaaay back in the old posts and bumps them back to the top, but probably very few people have see this since the last time you posted because it's been overshadowed by new threads and ones with activity.

It sounds like 'Blood of a Leo' book one of Solomon's Pride, by Dawn H. Hawkes: Leo, a human boy, is kidnapped by a vampire and made into a blood slave. His vampire owner makes him wear a collar and injects him with drugs so that the can get a higher hit when he drinks his blood. One day the vampire takes him to a club where he buys his drugs from, but after injecting Leo a drug raid happens and Leo, in a daze, escapes outside and wonders around until found by Maddox, a lion shifter, and Maddox' brother. Maddox has three shapes he can shift into. Solomon, his Sorena, is a white tiger and royalty in his home land. Story originally avail by Silver Publishing, now defunct. Now avail from Rooster and Pig Publishing. Don't be put off by funny publishers name - book is very worth while buying.
