Want to change the cover of an unpublished novel

Hi, I posted in one of the other forums about book covers, but I can't find my post anymore. So, I'm re-posting my request.

My unpublished novel now has a finished cover, and I'd like to update it. Could someone either tell me how I can do this myself, or do it for me?
