Kill Aaron
Maya sighed at his words, annoyed. Why couldn't he just treat her like a normal person. She was normal, well, apart from the tail she got when she touched water... "It'll heal in a few days, it always does,' she told him. "Study me? I'm a mermaid, end of story. And the last one... nah. I'm badly injured, remember," she teased back.
((U were able to ans other rps but not ours...))
Arthur grinned. "That's why I'm waiting for your wounds to heal before I ask you to do some payback. But for now," he said as he glanced towards the door. "I'll let you sleep in my bed. I'll go settle some stuff around the deck, if you wouldn't mind."

((Not all of them, I mostly left the more detailed ones out))Maya sighed again, kinda annoyed that he was going to leave her here. What was she supposed to do? She didn't want to do that, but she couldn't exactly escape too... "Wow, thanks," she said sarcastically.
((;p no, but I took my phone with me and I had limited acess to internet because I had to pay for it...))
((;p It was my holiday, and spending a lot on time on the internet wasn't nice for my friends. Besides, I've replied now, so what's the problem? And no, I'm kinda pissed off at you right now. It' my life and I can't please everyone I write with))
((Wow, I offended you? SRY!!! I wasn't meaning to! Damn I'm sorry... It was boredom talking through me! Sry, Elke! SRY!!! Pls forgive me?))
((I don't know if you're being sarcastic right now or not.. but I forgive you. It's just annoying that a lot of people think I can reply all the time. I hace a life too))
"Well, I can't do anything," she sighed. "And I can't walk. It's annoying because I have nothing to do," she explained.
"Yeah... " he sighed. "Look, I can't do anything to help that now. All I can do is request your slumber." He inched bacl to the door. "So if you don't need my presence anymore, I'll be off."
Maya felt like banging her head against the wall. She just needed something to do. Not sleep! She sighed and looked at him with puppy eyes. "Please stay?" she batted her eyelashes at him. She hoped he would fall for it. Then she at least had someone to talk to.
He almost faltered under her expression. Almost. "My crew really needs some sorting out. When the cat is away, the mouse will play." He smiled cheerfully, hoping that will be enough of a reason for her.
She sighed as she heard his words. She did understand, really, but that was not satisfying. "Fine, go to your crew," she muttered under her breath, grabbing the other pillow and hugging it to her. "I'll sleep."
He grinned. "That's my girl. Now sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite! I'll be back in the morning with some fresh baked cookies!" he mocked an old grandma's voice.
"With chocolate chips," she grumbled, burying her face in the pillow, trying not to smile. She made a motioning sign with her hand. "Go and make them then," she added, her voice almost inaudible because of the pillow.
With that, he exited the room, heading down the corridor to meet his all too questioning crew. Most of them waited by the top deck, wanting questions to be answered. He gulped his nervousness down. He was down to some big explanation.
Maya sighed and buried her face in the pillow. To be honest, she had a lot to think about. Would her family even take her back in? She knew how it was with humans. Mermaids were supposed to be repelled of them but she found them interesting. It was hard, being the black sheep of the family... basically.
((Sry... I thought you didn't wanna rp with me.))
Arthur clappef his hands together, gaining what few glares that weren't already on him. He cleared his throat, and the ship went deadly silent save the ocean waves bouncing off the hull.

((How so?))Maya shook her head at herself. She nedded strength, so tiring herself out with worrying thoughts about what she was going to do. One thing was certain, she had to get back into the ocean. She closed her eyes and focused on sleeping. Rather slowly, she fell asleep, eventually.
((Nvm... Ltr u'll be pissed at me again))
((Skip? I'll only be dragging the rp if he was to explain their course of action.))

((I'm afraid to lose another friend if I did.))
Arthur entered his own room, momentarily forgetting the mermaid in his bed after another long day. He almost stumbled when he remembered. The recognition expression changed into one of awe as he afmired her beauty from the door.

((Nooooo tell me!))Maya was still asleep as he entered the room, facing the door. Her black hair was spread across the pillow. Her lips were parted slightly and her breathing was steady. But when she heard him, she woke up, sitting up and blinking rapidly, disoriented. "Oh.. it's you," her face lit up and she smiled unknowingly. She hated being alone.
He jumped in surprise when she suddenly awoke. He quickly averted his gaze, not meaning to stare. "Yeah," he muttered. "Your gurdian angel is back," he mumbled inaudibly.
She did hear him, but that's because her mermaid senses were very strong. She smiled at his words and hugged the blanket to her. "Where have you bee, oh my guardian angel?" She teased.

"Because," he said exasperately, as if explaining something to a child. "One, you're still badly injured. Two," he ticked off hia fimgers. "So that we can study you. And three," he paused as his palm closed into a fist. "Because I ain't letting you go until you handwash my bedsheet and everything that is soaked in you blood," he teased, trying his hardest from grinning.
