He turned away, just feeling stupid now. This elevator was insanely slow, and he just wanted to get off.

"It's ok." he replied, quickly stepping off the elevator when the doors opened. He opened the door to the room they were given and walked in, looking around, it was perfect. But they only had one week. It would do. "At least it's somewhere to lay our heads and shower..." he mutterd.

Ever cried loudly, taking hold of Jake's shirt as she cried. So much stress was just piled up...she figured at least she would feel a lot better afterwards. It was still embarrassing to be crying this much in front of Jake though.
He only held her, stroking and smoothing down her hair. "Shh...." he cooed her over and over again. He started to rock her back and forth.

Ever cried for about the next 5 minutes until she finally calmed down, only sniffling now though still shaking a bit.
He just held her, feeling the need to protect her and keep her feeling safe. He didn't say anything, just gave her the comfort that she needed. He was so worried about her.

Jake sat on the bed, just staring into the floor. He felt another headache coming, he braced himself for the moment.

Ever stood under the water, sighing and thinking, trying to remember anything that she could. After a couple minutes, she gave up and was about to start washing her hair when her head began to hurt. She cried out and fell down on the shower floor, she head feeling like it it exploding. Tears began to come down her cheek and she whimpered, gritting her teeth.
Jake was having his own headache, nearly thrashing around on the bed. He groaned in pain, holding his head in his hands as if that would make things any better. He was so glad that Ever wasn't in here to see him this way, he had already had one freakout earlier.

Ever let out a choking sob, her body shaking. She held her head tighter, feeling if she took her hands away from her head, parts of her skin would come with it." Jake.......Jake!" she cried out for him, sobbing once again.
Coming down from the high of pain, Jake ran into the bathroom, "What is it?!" he yelled walking in. He pulled back the shower curtain, seeing her lay on the floor, writing in pain. "Shit..." he pulled her up, holding her wet naked body close. "It's ok...it'll be over in a minute."

Ever continued to cry, biting down on her lip hard enough that it started bleeding a bit. Her body was still shaking and she tried to move closer to Jake.
He cried with her, seeing her in so much pain pained him. He vowed to find out more about the building they were in and what happened to them.
