Hi Isabella, I just finished book 2 of (likely) 3 in a Urban Fantasy/Romance type genre and I am looking for a brutally honest, no holds barred, completely unbiased opinion (any suggestions to improve would be greatly welcomed as well!) Book 1 is titled "Dream Stalker". Both books are available if you would like. Both are in Word format still, and only the first book has the chapters roughly laid out.
My regular beta readers are 1. totally biased haha and 2. otherwise occupied currently and I am itching to get started on Book 3

The story is told by Sheba, a farm dog, about her adventure when she accidentally boards a ship in Durban, and crosses the ocean to Miami. Does anybody like detective thrillers here? I'm writing an amateur detective series where the detectives have started their career as boys, and learn with every (official and unofficial) case they handle. The first book has been published, I'm looking for beta readers for my 2nd.Here's a short introduction to this 2nd book:
Raj & Sandy are brothers and aspiring detectives who have recently solved their first case successfully and are eager for their next. They are approached by their mentor, a detective. He thinks that a few incidents which have recently occurred are related to each other, but has no way of proving it. Being short on departmental support & resources, he wants the boys to help him out with a seemingly risk-free assignment. However, their sleuthing reveals that this case is about terrorists who have lost something important and its a race about who finds it first. Eventually, things go out of hand and a sinister plot threatens to play itself out.
This is the story of these two teenagers, a child-actor whose mother gets murdered, and a poor trucker who will do anything to rescue his love from the muck of prostitution.

is anyone up to beta reading a ten page erotic novel?...If you like my style then I have more to smooth out but I would like the ones I stupidly published with some faults that could do without my rose tinted glasses I've got on.

just sent a file let me know if that is the wrong type of file, and anything you can think of to improve the book with stupid typos or if you just hated it, its not my best work but if you like my style then we can discuss other better works that are longer or and thanks for this.

i generally prefer adult or young adult books.. but m open to other genre...
