The Apothecary's Garden is wonderful! :-)

Yes, yes, yes. I felt as if we went back to grade school in the last one, because they went back to not trusting each other and throwing tantrums. I will probably continue to buy and read them (I believe there are only supposed to be two more books in the series), but mostly because I just want to see how they finally end up.

I can pretty well assure you that you will.

I really want to read the sequel, Of Dreams and Ceremonies, but I promised myself I would read at least HALF of the books I bought in all the December sales before I permit myself to buy more. :)

I'll probably do the same, for the same reason... It's just two more.

The second one is from Jim's point of view. It's very well done and you get the story behind Jim's bad behavior.

Mtsnow13 | 1115 comments I'm currently reading the Deviations Series by Chris Owen for a Buddy read, and keep finding myself falling asleep while reading!

I think because I have read so many good M/M BDSM series in the last few years that I am finding myself either bored or critical of something that I may have enjoyed much more before this year. I guess my tastes or expectations have matured? Not bad though. Only on second book...

LOL! I bought the first two books on paper because after hearing everybody rave about the series, I thought they were a sure thing.

I didn't hate them, I gave them 3 stars. Still... I was happy to get rid of them at the last UK Meet ;-).

Kim T | 99 comments I just finished Captive Prince by C S Pacat 1and 2 and waiting on the third due out in March I hope, they were just fantastic I hate reading books in a series the waiting sucks. Was lucky when I started AE all five books were out.

I enjoyed the first three Deviations books. The forth, depending on how you look at it, either met expectations of a threesome, or surprised the heck out of you. I wasn't happy because I hadn't been expecting it, though I should have seen it coming.

That being said, when I saw there was a book five, I bought it. I haven't read it yet though. I thought four was the last book, so we'll see where five goes when I get there.

I haven't read enough BDSM to satisfy me yet but I have a lot of them of my wish list. I'll get to them eventually!

Susinok | 5205 comments I finished My Heartache Cowboy and boy did it bring on a bout of crankiness! I'll need something lighthearted to get my head right again. The book was excellent but Jimmy is an alcoholic, and I guess that's a trigger for me sometimes. The book had a lot of emotional turmoil, and it rubbed off on me a bit.

Time to listen to Kick Start and crochet a few colorful Granny Squares. That'll set things right again.

I've got the first book in the cowboys series on my wish list. Just added the second book, which looks even better than the first. I always go for characters with issues or broken heroes. I can't help it, they're my favorite.

I just finished Blaine's Aliens, Smith and Jones and loved it! It's an interesting take on a mating bond, like wolf packs usually have. I liked it. And the aliens were interesting, not your typical movie variety.

So my next book is going to be the Rifter. Otherwise I'll get behind. After that, I've got a few choices, and it's a tough decision!

The book was not that bad of a downer, really. It's just personal crap I have to deal with sometimes. I've lived with more than my share of alcoholics. Most of the time I can read about it just fine. Yesterday it messed with me a bit.

It's a tough topic, and it's infinitely tougher if it somehow brings forth stuff from RL. I think it's what happened when i read ZAM's Lost and Found, which was very upsetting for me. But anyway, i find that i have a variety of reactions to ZAM's stories, each one different, and i like her writing. I do want to read My Heartache Cowboy, i just need to find the right moment.

I finished the sixth Rifter book late last night. And quickly felt the withdrawal coming on, what with that cliffhanger ending and all that emotion between the two guys.

This morning picking a follow up book that wasn't Rifter number 7 was a bit tough, but I ended up going with The Forester. And so far it's turning out to be a fantastic choice!

Next weekend I'll get back into the Rifter and get caught up.

Um...sorta? He's a dragon. That's his true form. He can also take the form of a human or an entity of total fire. I wouldn't qualify it in the same paranormal category with the werewolves, but he does technically shift form. If that's a no-go for you, it may not be the best fit.

I have pre-ordered several, including A Case of Possesion, (wonderful series, so well written and fun) and I wonder when I will have time to read all the books that keep popping up on my Kindle. Yup, you can unfriend if you need to.

I hardly write reviews unless a book really got to me. If I hated it, I need to explain why. But if it was above and beyond a five star rating, that's when I usually write words.

The Forester books are getting words from me! I read Oren's Right yesterday and fell madly in love with it! I'm in the middle of The Forester II: Lost and Found right now and loving it!

On one hand, I wish I'd read the first two when they came out. On the other, I'm glad I didn't, because having to wait for the third Forester is going to be rough. Very rough!

Reggie If you go to your friend list, you can take people off your feed without de-friending them. I think only 'top friends' make it into the feed.
