Not yet! After Phoenix Club: The Complete 15 Books Series you have to read The Phoenix Chronicles: The Complete 3 Books Series and then The Cowboy Gangster: The Complete 5 Books Series, before you get to the Phoenix Wedding series (which is still only available singly, not as a boxed set).

I am listening to Spook Squad It is an excellent narration but I read the last book in the series some time ago and so I am a bit confused about what is actually happening. I recently finished reading Confessions by Ethan Stone and this is a good murder mystery and a spin off from one of his other series. I thought it was a good mystery although it does have a few sex scenes and I thought the final sex scene need not have been there. It just disrupted the story. At the moment I am reading Afraid to Fly by L.A. Witt. I read Just Drive which is the first book in the series and didn't really enjoy it but I received the second book to review and I am enjoying it. The characters are just so different to the first book and the storyline deals with older characters who are dealing with the aftermath of combat as well as broken relationships and the wear and tear of life. It is just very interesting.

I haven't read it, but knowing what I know about it, I'd list it as fantasy. The society is dual-gendered and people have a variety of gendered physical sex characteristics and mpreg is a thing that happens, which means they might have a lot more in common with intersex people and aren't trans or genderqueer (Do you have an intersex list? Just out of curiosity. There's lots of intersex books out there) :) ). But it's fantasy (and I haven't read it), so there may not actually be any corollary to what happens here on Earth. Given what the reviews say, it sounds like it does not fit either a trans or a genderqueer categorisation. But once again, I haven't read it, that's just my two cents. :)

Well, that's the thing, I realized I don't have any intersex books on either list! But I could easily include a few on my transgender/genderqueer list and maybe change the title of it. Unless there are enough books for intersex to have its own list, though I've not run across many mm romance books with intersex characters, so I don't know.

To the Lighthouse and Mrs. Dalloway are my favorites of hers. Flush is nothing like her regular writing. Mrs. Dalloway is stream of consciousness, though easier to read than Ulysses.

I read Orlando in college, but did not remember much of it at all. The movie with Tilda Swinton was pretty cool, though.

Ohh, those would be good, but it has to be romance, and something the library owns for patrons to check out. I only realized this morning my M/M Romance LibGuide was lacking a very important list, and if I was going to promote my Guide to a group of LGBTQ young people of color, I'd better have them represented on the list!

If you are worried about the m/m/m/m tag, don't be: it's not as you think, or maybe it is ;-), but for sure it is not a kind of sex orgy. It's witty, and fun, and romantic. I loved it.

Well, I pulled a list together before noting the hardcopy requirement, but I don't know which of these are printed.....
And some could be argued aren't romance primarily, although that's where I have them filed.

Pulling together list reminded me of very interesting series, beginning with Wake Of Vultures, by Lila Bowen.

A coming of age story though, not romance (at least not sure yet, its beginning of series). American Indian hero/heroine, in bi/transgender fantasy novel. Not lighthearted but very interesting read set in alternative Western landscape.

Thanks for this! I should have clarified the "hard copy" rule, which actually just means in current publication, so there's a greater chance we can buy it if we don't already own it.

I'm creating the list for adults, but if teens should find it and want to read off it, well, cool.

One of my lists will/should have some lesbians of color, well, at least one book. That one has a wide variety of sexual and gender identities. The other list is only for the guys, for my M/M Romance Guide. I'm thinking I'm going to have to get to know lesbian romance better. Not just for ordering it, but also because I should probably create a libguide for it too.

I love these two! For some reason i have such a soft spot for Nicole Kimberling's Turnskin. There's something delightfully lighthearted about it, even through drama and suspense, and it's refreshing and fun and heartwarming.

I just started reading Truevine: Two Brothers, a Kidnapping, and a Mother's Quest: A True Story of the Jim Crow South over the weekend. So far, it's very good, but also hard to read because of the topic covered.

I read Been Here All Along by Sandy Hall and it was lovely. I think one of you here may have mentioned it (I don't remember, but if that's the case, thanks!), but it's a cute and nice YA high school romance and it was light and easy and kind of charming and just what I wanted at the time. Recommended if you're looking for that sort of thing.

Just finished Sidney Bell's new book Loose Cannon. Good mm romance, with extensive family, friends and work context. The two get caught up in some violent gang issues and have a hidden enemy. This author draws great characters and has a knack of clever phrasing. Book changes pov between the mcs and does some back and forth time jumps, but it all worked well for me (the two mcs have a long history)

I hear good things about her and I keep wanting to read her but both books have been in worlds/settings I steer away from: gangs and organized crime. One of these days she's going to write something right in my sweet spot.
