A Game Of Thrones:favorite character?

Right now I have to go with Arya. 2nd runner-up Danaerys(she has dragons).

I flip flop on my favorite. Arya is definitely one of the contenders, but Tyrion & Jamie, The King Slayer, both have a lot to recommend them. I'm liking the latter more & the former less. I want to just kick most of the rest of the heroes & heroines. I know, if they didn't make poor choices, there wouldn't be as much story, but do they have to be so dense so often?

Arya can be fun, but the no-contest winner is Tyrion. He is witty, raunchy, self-deprecating in a very endearing and insulting way and once you hit A Dance With Dragons you cannot get enough of the chapters following him. Plus, he is by far the most fun to keep an eye on in the HBO series, as Peter Dinklage is a fantastic actor.

Danaerys! Second is Tyrion, then John Snow. Unfortunately, possibly, is that I'm just beginning Season 2 in the HBO series, and haven't had the chance to read the books yet.

But man! Watching these characters grow is just wonderful, fulfilling.

I go back and forth between Jon, Tyrion and Danaerys. Plus Arya is pretty bad ass too..so many great characters to love! I'm also developing a soft spot for Jaime..something about him is very enduring. :)
