I'd prefer not to have my personal photo page with lots of covers (I often photograph covers for GR). So I will put it in this thread....
No, I think there are 267 pages in total. Like all the other (non) helpful things in this book, only the introduction has been given page numbers. So 13 introduction pages + 254 images = 267 pages.
