We are independent publishers of nonfiction and science thrillers. My husband, Dennis Meredith, is the author and I do the marketing.
We are getting ready to publish our latest novel The Happy Chip [http://dennismeredith.com/the-happy-c...
and are hoping to get some of the group members to do advance reviews.
Warm regards,
Joni

My name is Ember Leigh and I am avid erotic romance author! I am traditionally and self-published, and eager to get more reviews on all of my titles.
I have 3 short stories in a series called "Erotic Destinations" (all travel-themed sexy shorts) and then two full-length erotic romance novels (one contemporary romance, one romantic suspense). I'm willing to swap reviews as well. I do prefer to read other romance authors, but I'd be open to just about anything if it comes up!
Love that this community is here, and sad I'm only NOW finding you all! Looking forward to getting to know more of you and your work!

Good morning from Arizona! I am a mother and full-time professional who started publishing romance on the side since 2016. I hope you will check out my link in my profile for some hea romance ebooks. I look forward to learning more from other authors/publishers and readers alike. =-)

I'm just getting into Goodreads Groups, I can't believe I didn't know this whole side existed! Feel free to add me as a friend!
I live in a Stars Hollow -esque town in central texas and work for an indie publishing company (Aconite Cafe).
We are working on building our ARC team for all the books we plan to release, we mainly publish urban fantasy and lit rpg and erotica. If you want to join, shoot me a message with your email and I'll send you an invite.
I am just starting my first manuscript for an urban fantasy so i'm pretty excited about this story and seeing it get published sometime this year.

I'm so excited to have found this group! I've tried so many different ways to explore beta reading jobs, and I can't believe this wonderful community stayed hidden from me for so long! I'm astounded to see how active and willing to participate everyone is.
Anywho, I'm a content editor/beta reader currently, and I am constantly looking for ways to tack on some experience or learn something new about writing. Please feel free to look at my profile for my email--maybe we could swap thoughts!
Again, I am very happy to be here. Hope you all have a wonderful evening :)

I also very much love and enjoy reading in my down time. I am excited to get the opportunity to know everyone!

Is it okay to just write reviews without getting reviews in return? It sounds like it should be okay, but you never know.

Hi Paula,
Would you be interested in reviewing one of my children's book?

My name is Laura, and, yes.......I love books. I think it is so interesting how authors are able to create such detailed and complex worlds on a daily bas..."
Hi,
I am terribly sorry for not responding to your review request, as I had no idea of its existence.
Thank you, but, as of right now, my review schedule is completely booked, and, I currently am not able to review any new books at this time.
Laura :)

I love discovering new works and discussing/reviewing them on here, so I'm excited about this group and looking forward to connecting with reviewers and authors. Feel free to friend me and suggest some works!

Hi Paula,
I'd be happy to send you a PDF of my novel, A Cat Came Back, if you'd like to consider it for a review.
From the back cover:
A smart, but unassuming college student embarks on an extraordinary journey of self-discovery after a near-death experience traps her inside the body of a cat. Eliza adapts to her new reality, sustained in her struggle to hold onto her humanity by the love of the one man who knows she’s still herself. But Eliza mutely witnesses the life they lived together fade away. When her lover brings other women into their bed, Eliza confronts the truth about what her love is costing her and what losing hers is costing him. A Cat Came Back is a moving parable about what it means to be a human being and how sometimes letting go can be the price of holding on to who you are.
Let me know if you're interested!

Would you like to read my thrillerotica series Golden Shana? If so please PM me.
Thanks,
A P

For writing, though, I can't get vampires out of my head because a lot of what I've read portrays that they aren't worth saving and I disagree. So in Book of Origins vampires are victims, not monsters, and are saved, not killed. If this sounds like something anyone would want to review or even become a beta reader please send a PM. I'd love to talk!

I'm J.L. Guzior. I just self published my first book! It's heavy on romance and light on paranormal. I'm still super excited and the whole process has been a great experience so far. I'm glad I didn't chicken out! I've been having a blast meeting new people throughout the process, and I look forward to joining some discussions in this group.

Also, I'm looking to form an ARC Team and a Launch Team. If you're interested in either (or both), you can message me here on Goodreads or via email at alexisadaire.com.

I’ve read the rules of the group to ensure I do right by everyone, and I’m looking forward to joining in the group activities.
Kindest regards.
L.J.

I'm Theo. I've been writing sci-fi since 1999 and working as a freelance writer since 2010.
I've written thousands of articles and several non-fiction ebooks, and lately I've found the confidence to start sharing my fiction work with the world.
Most of my sci-fi stories take place in the Improbable Future: a time and space that might be, but probably won’t.

I am an erotica writer and have written a few books in this genre.
I have had a couple of good reviews for a couple of my books and would love to get other opinions and reviews. If erotica is your thing and you are over 18 please get in touch.
You can see my books at http://charliewish.blogspot.com/
Many thanks
Charlie

Introvert here so i could never think of starting something like this.
New author myself, published two book, one a dark coming of age and the other the first in a fantasy series. All my books feature LGBT characters and story-lines i wish i could have read growing up. In-fact that's sort of why i started writing.

Here’s how it starts:
.. how is life free? 9-months after you parents got together, you got life. You didn’t ask for it, you didn’t know anything and you got life.
.. how is information not free? On average it takes 18-yrs (that’s 24 times the length you spent in your mother’s womb) to get a high school education. For college degree, 30 times; for PhD in physics, 39 times; for medical specialty, 46 times. Information, knowledge weighs nothing but it is so hard to get? Why?
If you’re interested in reviewing this book, please let me know. Thanks.

If you're asking for reviews of your book(s) here, it would be really nice if you added a link to a synopsis or the synopsis itself here. It's easier to make a decision about reading a book about "Jordan and Sophia reconnect when they both return to their hometown after big city living has let them down" rather than "a contemporary romance".
And don't forget that reviewers LOVE to be approached with requests. After you post here as a general open post, pick a few reviewers to offer it to and get the ball rolling. Be sure to check us out to find the right reviewers for your books so you don't waste your time.
Hope this helps,
Judi

Hi Judi,
Would you be interested in reviewing one or more of my children's books?

I am trying to respond to Ivy. But the page I'm seeing does not clearly show that.
The books is short about 63,000 words. Here's how Chap 0 - Introduction starts:
Life Is Free Information Is Not. LIFIIN. Here’s the proof:
About 270 days after your parents made love, you were born. You didn’t do a thing, and had life given to you—whether you wanted it or not. Yet it took, on average, 6,574 days (18 years) for you to become an adult and get a basic education. Or 8,035 days (22 years) to get a college education. Or 10,592 days (29 years) to get a PhD in physics. Or up to 12,418 days (34 years) to get an MD in a medical specialty. The following LIFIIN table shows the contrasts as ratios. First, it sets human pregnancy of 270 days equal to one (1). Then by dividing 270 into 6,574 days (18 years) we get 24. Thus it is 24 times as long as one’s length of gestation to achieve basic education, a high-school diploma. For a college degree it is 30 times longer, for a PhD in physics it is 39 times longer and for some medical specialties 46 times longer. Clearly, for individuals getting knowledge is difficult while getting a life is not. Getting life is free; getting education (information, knowledge) is really hard work. Why?
Length (days) Ratio .. to get .. Effort Required
270 1 a life (length of pregnancy) none – FREE
6,574 24 basic education some
8,035 30 college degree more
10,592 39 PhD in physics greater
12,418 46 MD in medical specialty greatest
Table 0.0 Life Is Free Information Is Not (LIFIIN).
Anthropologists tell us that humans have had our sized brains for about 150,000 years. Yet written language only began about 5,000 years ago—when civilization began. So, our ancestors even with our-sized brains took over 145,000 years to develop writing? That is about 30 times longer than the entire history of civilization! Clearly, for our species, learning how to write—a form of developing information and knowledge—is much more difficult than getting life. Why?

I co-have a bookblog with my BFF, with lots of reviews in Slovak language although many for books published in English only.
I'd really love to help anyone by reviewing and honestly commenting on their books.
I read YA, fantasy, sci-fi, contemporary, mysteries... Ah, well, almost anything. I don't enjoy historical fiction too much, though.
I'm a fast reader and a quick reviewer too and sometimes a review sketches in my head even while reading.
So don't be afraid approaching me (I read e-books mostly, so there's that, too).

I am a YA fantasy author of The Burden of Destiny:Elven Quest which is a multilayered story full of relevant topics & lovable characters. I believe it has something for everyone. I am hoping other authors will give it a read an offer advice on marketing. Please visit me on my blog too, where I discuss writing & life.

We are also screenwriters and filmmakers and have put SILENT FEAR into early development as a feature film through our production company Morcan Motion Pictures.
Likely release date for this 750-page novel is August 17.
For full details of what we require and what we are offering, see my new entry in this group’s Beta Reader discussion thread.

Hi Petra,
I have two children's ebooks that I would love for you to review. You can have a Mobi or ePub version. You can PM me to let me know. Thanks.

My name is Meg, I am new to Goodreads but I am hoping to advance my skills in writing reviews. I am passionate about reading my favorite genre being paranormal romance. I've written some short stories and 12 chapters of what I hope some day will be a book but I'm to shy to show anyone what I've written. I'm hoping to come out of my shell more through sites and groups like this.

Beyond that...I love chocolate, Steve McQueen in Love with the Proper Stranger, and puppies more than kittens. And that's likely more about me than you ever wanted to know.
But seriously, though: Steve McQueen, amiright?
