Does anyone have any practical experience with them?

I just put up my first novel through Draft2Digital. Everything worked great. Very easy. I tried Smashwords first and tied myself in knots trying to figure out what they wanted. I definitely plan to keep using them.
Amanda Jilling IS my pen name :) I set up a "contributor" page for Amanda Jilling and that's what was used for the book and sent to Amazon. My real name hasn't been revealed.
So everything is managed by Draft2Digital as if it were the proper publisher? What is put as publisher? And who does the IRS connect for your earnings?
I am the publisher. Draft2Digital distributes my books for me. They collect the money from the various venues (Amazon, Kobo, iBookstore, Nook)and keep track of the amount for the IRS.
Just did, that looks precisely like what I need. Now let's hope they are otherwise up front and respectable and I would have the solution I was looking for.
