Jessica walked into the library, running her fingers along some of the books as she scanned over the titles, looking for something good to read.
Yukio was sitting down, in a small corner of the room that was just a bit darker than the rest of it. He was already enveloped in a book he had found about astronomy. Of course, Yukio already knew everything this book was trying to tell him but a refresher course never hurt.
Jessica finally pulled one book off the shelf. It both looked and sounded interesting. She needed something to do while waiting for all this to actually start. She still couldn't believe her luck, that she was actually here...
Yukio frowned a bit as he stared at the book, a bit in confusion. He looked up and watched a girl pull a book off the shelf. The frown remained on his face as he stood up and walked over to the shelf he found the book.
Jessica looked up as she heard the footsteps. "Oh, sorry. I didn't realize there was anyone else here..."
Yukio shakes his head. "It's okay." He replies softly.
She looked back around the room again. "I still can't believe that I'm here."
Kassi wheeled in in her wheelchair. She looked around, trying to find a good section of books. She wheeeled into the young adult section, searching.
Jessica glanced over as someone else ca,e in, throwing a glance in their direction.
Kassi felt someone's gaze, and turned around in her wheelchair, bumping a shelf noisily. She closed her eyes tight, only being able to move her arms and up. She saw Jessica and tilted her head to the side.
"Hey." Jessica said. "Sorry if I scared you...I realy just got here not that long ago.....still gettong used to it."
Kassi nodded. "No problem. I just have problems controlling my wheelchair, I just got it not twenty minutes ago. Probably a bad idea to come to a library after I got in a wheelchair." She laughed her voice ragged, her accent still able to hear.
"I mean why nit come here, a book will give you something to do." She then bit her lip, debating. "Can I ask what happened?"
Kassi thought for a moment. "I-I don't know. I woke up in a hospital...and I couldn't move. By the time I was let out I could only move my arms and up." Kassi saw a book, but the aisle to get to it was to small. She wrinkled her nose.
Yukio glanced at the two girls before taking that moment to grab another astrology book and make his way back into the comforts of the corner of the room. Sitting down carefully, he opened up the book to a random page.

Babs had "set up shop" in a back table of the library, way from the main hussel-and-bussle sections. Her H-phone was sitting in front of her, it back off so all it's glory was displayed. Though it was still a prototype, the girl was convinced she cooled boost the signal back to Earth. With the tip of her tongue, Babs shifted the light between her teeth as she worked. A tweak here, a singe there... Maybe if the added another Hydro-fuse coil... Before she had time to check stock, movement caught Babs's eye and she looked up t the boy who had just sat down in the corner. Well, at least he's quiet... for now.
Matthew walked into the library and glanced around a bit nervously. He rubs the back of his head and moved slowly and without meaning too, extremely quietly. Mattie reached a bookshelf and started reading through the titles. He was frowning as looked through them. 'Seems I've managed to read most of these... Well at least the ones that look interesting.'After some consideration, he pulls out a book with a green cover. Mattie flips it open and starts reading. His lips automatically mouth each word as he reads them.
Babs kept glancing up from her phone at the people around her. She hadn't really met any of them, but it wasn't like she had gone out of her way to. Tech was her things, not people. She was still shocked about winning, but not enough to fully remove her from her task.

"No.......nothing at all." Kassi bit her lip. "I'm wondering...there's a book down that aisle it looks like it might be good. I can't get to it in this thing..could you grab it for me?"

"Sure, which one is it?" She asked, looking down the aisle.
Kassi pointed. "It's called Bewitching with a black and purple spine." she said, biting her lip. "All of th letters on the spine are capital."
Jessica scanned the shelf for a second before seeing, she grabbed, it going back and handing it to the other girl.
(( OHMIGOD!!! You mean Bewitching by Alex Flinn!?! I love that book!!! ))

((It was okay. I didn't love it, but liked it.))Jessica nodded. "No problem, hope you can walk soon."
((Guys! We need to be active! @-@ *says the hypocrite who can't be active because of exams* >.<))Yukio closed his book in frustration. It was proving itself more useless than helpful. He bit his lip a bit, the only real sign of emotion on his face before he stood up. Yukio started walking towards the bookshelf where he had gotten it from. Unfortunately, two girls had moved to stand in front of the bookshelf. Yukio looked a bit nervous bit took a deep breath and said very quietly, "Exceuse me..."
It would be a miracle if they understood what he said. The combination of being so quiet and the combination of his strange accents made it so.
Jessica glanced over when he came up. "Oh sorry, about that, didn't realize I was in the way." She said, moving out of the guys way, a little away from the shelf.
Yukio nodded thankfully and went over to the bookshelf to put the book away. Then started to search for another book in the same bookshelf. He glanced over to the girl a couple times but continued to search. He finally grabbed an engineering book before stepping back and nodded respectfully to the girl. He wasn't very good an socializing but he made sure he was respectful to everyone he met. Even if they weren't the nicest people in the world.
She gave him a small smile as a nodded, giving a small nod back as she turned to the shelf, looking for a book of her own.
Yukio watched her for a nervous moment before he decided to break the silence and say quickly, "My name is Nakamura Yukio, by the way..."
"Cool name." She replied. "I'm Jessica."
Yukio nodded, "Nice to meet you Jessica-san."
"Jessica-san?" She asked, tilting her head to the side slightly, "What does the 'san' mean?"
"It's an honorific. We use them in Japan for respect..." Yukio trails off a bit, shifting his weight.
"Oh. Well thanks then." she said, giving him another small smile.
Kassi wheeled over to check out the book.
Damian walked in and when he saw Jessica his heart skipped a beat
Damian found a book and sat down But he everytime He looked down at his book he looked at Jessica a second later
Damian puts his book down Stands up walks over to Jessica and says"hi

"Ummm......" she bit her lip, not rea,,y sure what to say to that.
