Not as popular as they should be!

They have no smell!"

Never mind about the smell, they're not REAL books!

Jason Purdy | 14 comments Some 1 and 2 star reviews are just pants on head retarded. Though sometimes you see 4 and 5 star ones that are just as useless.

The problem with us indie authors is that beggars can't be choosers, but I doubt the big shots even bother to glance at Amazon to see how their book is doing. That would be a lovely position to be in, haha.

If i was afforded the space i would only buy paperback :)

However, some of the best books i've read are ebook only, so im greatful for them!

Vanessa (aka Dumbo) (vanessaakadumbo) | 8459 comments I love e-books. I used to have to buy secondhand at charity shops before or borrow from the library for most my books. But finding stained, tatty and print almost unreadable, sometimes, converted me to e-books very quickly. I can have the print just as I like it now, which is bliss.

David Staniforth (davidstaniforth) | 7935 comments I'd love to have my books printed on paper, but without e-publishing they wouldn't be out there for people like Ignite and Lily to stumble across :~)

Patti (baconater) (goldengreene) | 56525 comments I prefer to have all my books on a shelf so my friends can see what a pretentious reader I am.

David Staniforth (davidstaniforth) | 7935 comments I could print a cover for you to glue to an old book ;~)

Patti (baconater) (goldengreene) | 56525 comments Oh c'mon you know I'm joking.

The only 'proper' books I've got here are a few DTBs I've got from a few of you and a couple lonely planets. Lonely planets are the only books that work better as a DTB, I think. Although I've got a few on my kindle too.

Oh and a few cook books.

Darren Humphries (darrenhf) | 6903 comments I just got a review for The Man From UNDEAD's Christmas Carol (An Agent Ward short story) which was summed up as 'short and boring'.

I'm OK with the boring bit (that is, after all their view), but the short bit's kind of in the subtitle isn't it?

If you're shelves are as badly put up as mine, you won't want books on them!
