I am very interested receiving a copy of this book and participating in the upcoming spotlight discussion. I agree to the terms and conditions.
As you will note from my library, I have a profound interest in the American Revolution and the Founding Era. Examples of my reviews can be found for the following:

Thanks!

All, I will sift through all of the folks who have expressed interest so far soon and I will get back to you. However, make sure that you express interest here on this thread and make sure that you agree with the t's and c's also on this thread before sending me your personal information.
As an aside - also please realize that posting personal information on a thread is not a good idea. Simply send me a PM with that info and if I have not gotten back to you with a friend invite, be assured that I will and then send personal information that way.
Second - make sure to read the selection criteria because we do look at past contributions to judge future ones although we always give newbies a chance too. Make sure that you have done the basics like introducing yourself on the introduction thread - if you have not taken the time to even do the number one thing that is part of our rules and guidelines - how do you think we will feel about being able to count on you to be here during the discussion of the book. We want an active and lively discussion with the author.
So just be patient - I will keep the offer open so that interested parties can express their interest and post their agreement to the t's and c's on this thread through July 4th - Independence Day (sort of fitting for George Washington) and then I will post results soon thereafter.
So it is not too late to still express your interest in obtaining a free copy.
If you have sent me something, please be patient because my mailbox has been quite full due to this offer and I will get to it as soon as I am able.

Check out 75 - selection process open through the 4th - make sure to do the following, post interest here, agreed to the t's and c's here, then send me a PM with full name and full address and zip - not a good idea to leave that info on this thread. Read the selection criteria and make sure you introduced yourself. Very easy. But remember not everybody will receive books.

Actually, the link I shared was to a podcast about the book, the Washington one. The comment about Yosemite was just to say I found the link via research on another topic. You guys are super strict! But if you don't think anyone would be interested in hearing about the Washington book from the author thats cool. I was, so I shared the link.
Apologies,
Jason

But, we do try to keep things as separate as possible, because a discussion on Yosemite really doesn't fit here.

Sounds great but I am away from Sept 6 to Oct 11 so will skip
Maybe will try to catch up on return.
Thanks for arranging the opportunity.
Vince

Thank you all. I am putting together the list of the lucky recipients now. So I will consider this the cut off. For those folks message 99 and above - make sure that you have sent me your full name, full address and zip code and make sure that you have posted here,on this thread that you are abiding by the terms and conditions of this offer - that you will read the book, participate in the weekly non spoiler threads, write a brief review on this site of the book, and you will post a question or two on the Q&A thread. Also make sure that you have posted your introduction on the introduction thread to be considered - that is one of our most important rules and guidelines.
